Day at Alexandria - Had a great day at Alexandria, learned so much about the city’s history from my guide Mohammed. The trip to the library was a highlight as was the citadel. Lunch was delicious with a great view. Mustafa the driver got us around quickly and safely.

Enjoyable site seeing in Alexandria - Everything was great. The guide and the driver were very knowledgeable friendly and professional. They answered all questions we had and sometimes go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We enjoyed our visit very much.

Great Experience - Rabab was a great guide. She was waiting for us at the time and place she provided with clear signage. She was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. She made sure we were comfortable and gave us ample time to explore on our own after providing details on the different sites we visited. Definitely enjoyed the tour!

A great way and a good guide to see Alexandria - Naglaa was a very good tour guide. She took around Alexandria and explained all the sites. Would recommend the tour. The only issue was the instructions Naglaa received were different than what we signed up for. She did an excellent job reconciling that with us at the start of the tour.

Alexandria Tour: Catacombs, Fortress, Markets and City Tour - Dina, our Egyptologist guide, gave us a lot of interesting information about the history of Egypt, and we were able to discover the city of Alexandria in a nice restaurant on the seafront. We had a great day.

Visit Alexandria extremely informative with our Egyptologist guide Dina. We had a great day. - Excellent experience with our guide Dina, who gave us a lot of information about Egypt. We visited the main ancient sites of Alexandria. Our guide Dina is an Egyptologist to advise and extremely friendly.

Two Super Guides - We're super surprised. Mohamed told us a lot. And also gave us the time we would have liked with some other guides.
We got to know Alexandria in a relaxed way
If possible, I would even give more stars.
I wish him good luck with his studies.
The driver Hasan also deserves 5 stars. Great driver, we felt safe the whole time. And with all the traffic.

Recommend! - Great access to the sites with a private guide. Mohammed took pictures we couldn't have gotten on a large tour. Great lunch. I would highly recommend this tour.

Absolute disappointment, stay away from this company!! - Extremely disappointing experience. Shady dealings!! company confirmed the booking by SMS after 2am when pick up was announced 1:30 hrs earlier than booked. During the trip the tour guide tried to push a boat trip which was not originally included in the price, obviously at extra cost suggesting we see the fortress “from outside”. Tour guide advised to skip some points officially stated in the itinerary ( like pompey column) giving the reason that its only ruins, not a standing building.
After I expressed disagreement with the proposed boat trip and didnt want to visit the mosque he cut the tour short and said good bye. There was only some information on the catacombs and NO information on the Pompey Column, he did not bother to go inside the library with me, nor to provide any information about it.. he simply said good bye and went.. Thus the tour originally sold as a 6-7 hr tour was technically finished after 3 hrs!!!
The company is absolutely shady, the tour guide Mahmoud rather pushy and far from informative.
Never ever again would I book this tour, I would have been better off booking an Uber driver for a day and reading about the sites online!!! Stay away from this company!!
