Great day trip! - What can I say? Our tour guide Ahmed Salah and bus driver Anwar were nothing less than perfect. First time to Egypt and we were nervous about economic/political conditions but wanted to see Alexandria. The tour started with Ahmed arriving well before time and that, along with his polite manner, put us at ease and we started to relax. The drive was long and Ahmed kept us engaged with historical and current facts and answered all of our questions. We visited many sites and Ahmed gave us just the right amount of information to educate us but also to allow us free time to explore on our own. I love taking photos and Ahmed would patiently wait while I took my shots…it was great not feeling rushed and we left Alexandria with a positive experience. The traffic was crazy with cars and people crossing in front of you at all times…kudos to Anwar in navigating us thru it all and getting us back to Cairo safe and sound. Guess I had a lot to say but they deserve it…highly recommend this tour with these two!

One day in Alexandria - A very deep and interesting visit in Alexandria. Catacombs, Roman Amphitheater and the breathless library are worth the visit in this city. In the library it is a must to visit the internal museum where you can see a lot of ancient books. Mohammed always looks after of his customers. 5 stars to the organization of the journey from Deluxe Travel.

Great One Day Trip to Alexandria - We went on a very enjoyable trip to Alexandria - it was very cool to see the Catacombs and Pompeii's pillar. I also enjoyed the visit to the exhibit about Anwar Sadat at the Alexandria Museum. The guide Mahmoud Badr was helpful and jovial and provided a fun experience. The driver Sabri was great - he patiently navigated us through the slow traffic and we had a chill experience. These guys also picked our group at the airport - even though our party was arriving at multiple terminals and there were long delays in getting the bags, these guys were very patient and helpful in managing the process. I would gladly book them again.

Private tour to Giza - Mahmoud is an amazing energetic guide. He narrates stories and history in a dramatic way and has all the knowledge of Egyptian history. He took us to the Pilar of Pompei, Catacombes of el Shuqafa and the Alexandria Library including the Sadat museum. Lastly we took pictures at the Citadel and ate crepe’s at a cool place close to the University. We will certainly call on him again as guide when we return to Egypt and will recommend him to our friends and family.
