Amazing - A warm welcome and the guides are adorable a great family friendly activity with great views and the beach is amazing we saw a great variety of fish

Great activity in Alicante - We enjoyed this trip. The e-bikes were in excellent condition, making the ride to the beach effortless, even with some traffic. Snorkeling on the quiet beach was amazing, with plenty of fish to see. Afterward, we made quick stops in the city, gaining fascinating insights into its history, gastronomy, and more. Our guide was friendly and helpful, offering great tips about Alicante and its surroundings. His English skills were very good. Highly recommended – great value for money!

Amazing go!! - Activity at the top!! The guide is excellent, little bike rides with very nice views, to finish in a perfect spot to go diving and see the fish, I highly recommend!!

Definitely recommend - Chadi was a wonderful guide and the tour was a lot of fun. He took us to a great snorkelling spot. Would definitely recommend doing the e-bikes and snorkelling tour!

Awesome time on the Alicante Bikes and Snorkeling! - Shadi was a fantastic guide who took us to two rocky beaches for snorkeling and took really great care of us during our bike ride. The E bikes were awesome and definitely our new choice for bike excursions. Shadi gave us some information about the area and we visited a bomb shelter and tasted some amazing turon which is a type of sweet treat. I can highly recommend!

Fantastic diving. - Very good servicr and expertise on the guide with good mood. Dived in a nice place, a short bike ride from Alicante. Recommended.

good trip - This was good. We had a 20-30 min ride on e-bikes (requires being comfortable on a bike in traffice!) to a fairly secluded spot. Here, there is a swimming pool ladder down into the water. Our guide had some special masks where you can breathe through mouth AND nose while snorkeling, which is a nice touch. I'm more experienced at snorkeling, and wish we had had fins, though this would cause issues with less experienced folks so it's understandable. The snorkeling was ok, could see sea urchins and several kinds of fish. The water was a little chilly in May, so recommend a shirt. As the water was a little cold, we ended up spending some time sunning, then biked back. A good trip!

Unsafe and Disappointing Bike and Snorkelling Tour in Alicante - Our experience with this tour was highly disappointing and unsafe.
All the bikes provided were large sized and very heavy. As petite (but average female sized) individuals, even with the seats adjusted to the lowest setting, we were unable to touch the ground, making the bikes difficult and unsafe to handle. They however advised us there were no other sized bikes available for the tour and these bikes were our only option.
The tour guide didn’t even introduce themselves and sped off with the rest of the group while two of us were still in the middle of adjusting our seats, leaving us completely lost and unsure of where to go. We had to turn back to the office.
The guide did eventually return to check on us, but by then we felt extremely unsafe riding bikes that were ill-fitting, especially alongside live traffic. The guide acknowledged our concerns and agreed we should return to the office.
The staff who helped us adjust the seats saw how unsuitable the bikes were and suggested we seek a refund from GetYourGuide where we booked the tour from. However, the tour operator did not approve our refund request, despite the fact that we couldn’t complete the tour due to their unsuitable bike sizing provided and the guide’s negligence.
Overall, we felt this tour was unsafe and poorly managed, and we were dissatisfied with the operator's response to our legitimate concerns.
