• Jalon Valley - From Club 55, you drive along the N332 taking the exit to Xalon/Jalon and enter the beautiful Jalon Valley, famous for the vineyards and the stunning almond and cherry blossoms in Spring time! Stop at the Jalon winery store which has a wide range of local wines, olive oil and products on sale.
• Carrer Coll de Rates - On this full day tour, you travel through Parcent and Alcalali before ascending the stunning Col de Rates, the famous mountain climb where all the top cycling teams practise each year. With fabulous 360 degree views of the Costa Blanca and even across the Mediterranean Sea to Ibiza. You can stop at the peak (Col de Rtaed Restaurant) where you can enjoy a drink and take in the panoramic views.
• Museo Vehiculos Historicos Valle De Guadalest - This Historic Motorcycle Museum is well worth a stop, entry is €4 per person and well worth it! See an amazing private collection of motorcycles from around the world. next door is a great store full of local products.
• El Castell de Guadalest - The castle in Guadalest is also a must see, walk through one of the prettiest villages in the Costa Blanca. We highly recommend walking up to the castle, you will have stunning views of the turquoise reservoir below and a panoramic viewpoint, excellent for photos. There are a selection of restaurants and gift shops at the top too. It is less than 10 minutes walk from the village. We also recommend having lunch in one of the many restaurants here.
• Castell de Castells - We now recommend driving back to the mountains and heading for Castel de Castells. This is a stunning road through the mountains, which includes two great driving features, the ‘big dipper’ and the ‘helter skelter’. Then you reach the village of Castell de Castells and start your descent back down to the coast toward Pedreguer and then on to Xavea /Javea. You can stop at the Denia / La Sella Marriot Hotel for refreshments or a washroom stop. Should be a 60 minute drive.
• Parque Natural del Montgo - After descending back to sea level you pass through Pedreguer, Xara and then drive alongside the imposing and majestic Montgo Mountain always impressive and changing colours through the day and ending with the beautiful sunset reds and oranges.
• Carretera del Cap de Sant Antoni - Before entering Javea, we head along another winding coastal road along side of the Montgo mountain and then toward the Cap de San Antonio, where you drive along the peninsular to the lighthouse and a point where we are surrounded on 270 degrees by water. Another nice photo opportunity. Great views back down to Javea. then you head back to Benissa and Club 55.
• Javea - You continue into Javea to the Port and then drive alongside the coastal road and into the Arenal beach area.
