Beware slippy rocks! - I can’t rate the actual excursion as I only got as far as the briefing before slipping and breaking my wrist! The communication prior to the trip was good; the staff were lovely and during the safety tutorial seemed really knowledgeable and we felt very safe going out with them. Unfortunately the area to get into the kayaks is very slippy. We were warned it was slippy and had the correct footwear on but one step and my feet went out from under me. The team were nice although it was infuriating to hear the comment ‘oh this happens all the time’. Maybe improve the access then? The team at the office were very nice and called within an hour to ask how I was and when they discovered my wrist was broken asked if there was anything they could do to help. They also followed up the next day and gave my group a full refund. I would go with this company again but not from this location. You also have to get there by 8.30am or parking is impossible.

Gold looks like banana is - We were really looking forward to seeing something different, and as it says "not very crowded." None of this was so. The first thing we find is that apart from this company there are 3 others (remember it is a small cove), we are supposedly an hour before beginning the activity with the premise of "whoever is not on time does not do the activity", well we were an hour earlier as indicated and until the time of beginning the activity did not begin to explain something. Well, at the beginning of the experience we were told that we were given snorkeling equipment, skimps and waterproof bag, well the waterproof bag was non-existent, the "snorkeling equipment" some glasses and a tube worn by the use of thousands of people, I had my typical decathlon mask and I was told that it was not necessary, if the rest you have, do not hesitate to use yours because it is worth it. Then of course the route according to you are, it is more or less complicated, they are not to blame for that, now, get you between people swimming beside their boat and take you to a grotto (beautiful by the way) with 60 other kayaks from different companies, it is not the most accurate thing, it gives you time to take a dip and little more until you find yourself head on with such a landing. The workers (who are not to blame for anything) wonderful, attentive all the time and caring for everyone.
