  • Av. de Niza, s/n - Join us for a 60-minute outdoor yoga and meditation session, set against the stunning backdrop of the sea and Alicante mountains at San Juan Beach. We’ll be practicing on the grassy area.

The session will be guided and supervised, with adjustments and corrections to ensure you practice safely and gain all the benefits.

This physical and mental practice will leave you feeling renewed, with stretched muscles, lubricated joints, a calmer and more focused mind, and a sense of rest and de-stress!

If you can’t join us outdoors on the scheduled days, come to our studio for an equally beneficial experience.
