Interesting experience. We learned gastronomy and had fun - It's worth it. I loved the visit to the market, which is lovely. Federico explained everything to us. He is very nice, patient and makes everything very entertaining. The paellas and watermelon were great. We were 6 people from different countries and ages and everything was very harmonious and fun.

A Great Spanish Food Experience - The cooking workshop was a blast! We began with a tour of the indoor market, which was amazing. Frederico was a great guide(he even helped me shop for Christmas presents in the market). The cooking class itself was enlightening; I’ll definitely try this at home.

Fun experience and the result was tasty... - A great experience cooking a Paella. We went around the market buying the various ingredients. It is a very impressive place to wander round for sure. Our guide was Freddie and was good at giving us insights. There were 18 of us so we were taking turns doing the various bits of preparation and cooking but everyone did something and we were cooking 3 paellas. Even better Freddie managed to make us look good as the resulting food (and Sangria) were really tasty. We then went on a castle tour with Maria and that was also really good. Her passion for her city and it's history really show. Would recommend this company for any of their tours. Thanks!

Informative and tasty! - This was an excellent experience. The host took us round the market and explained what produce he was buying and why. The neighbourhood cafe where the cooking took place was perfect. I have a better idea of how to cook paella and throughly enjoyed eating it, drinking the sangria and the starter that we prepared.
