Super fun workshop - July 4th had a super fun workshop at Frédéric. Highly recommended. Shopping is already an experience. Super reception . Very nice location where the workshop is given. The 2 types of paella also really fun and educational. Fruit, salad, everything. Very, very tasty. We had a very nice, cozy group. Definitely do when you're around. Greetings , Ronald and Brenda de la Porte from the Netherlands . From 2025 we will move to Spain.

10/10 experience! Must try! - We had a 10/10 experience. Federico was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We really enjoyed wondering the market and learning about the different stalls and grades of Iberian jamon. This experience did not just include paella and sangria, we had olives and jamon from the market and also a fish and tomato salad which is traditional to Alicante. From start to finish we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely do it again

Love it! - This was a very interesting experience! Paella was delicious (absolutely different from the one served on the beach). I absolutely love the market we visited, stories of our guide and of course cooking and eating. Strongly recommend this type of activity if you are in Alicante.

Great experience with a professional and friendly guide - Fred was very informative and a great host. Only five of us in the group which made it easy to follow him around the market also we all helped with preparation for sangria and two versions of paella ( fish and meat). There was an additional tomato and fish salad with different olives and cured ham and sausage. Fresh fruit to finish. We were all fed well. Well worth the money.
