Our star work methodology is the practice of Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa, a physical, mental and energetic work that naturally leads you to a healthier lifestyle. We perform sequences with very conscious movements balancing contraction and stretching of the muscle, at a fluid pace and with a lot of focus on breathing as if it were choreography. We work the 9 movements of the spine. We also practice Hatha Yoga, a basic practice in this slower world at medium, high intensity. We perform the best-known yoga postures, improving your strength, flexibility, ability to concentrate and well-being.
