A must-do when in Alice Springs - Such an interesting tour, everyone who visits Alice Springs needs to go. Learned so much about its history, including how communication and resourcing has changed so much over time. And learned how important this service is to kids and their families. And how much fun they can have during their lessons and on their visits to the school throughout the year.

Reccomended attraction in Alice Springs - Very interesting and informative. Pity it was school holidays would have been fun to see some of the kids having lessons.

Really interesting - Although a relatively short and simple experience, it was still very interesting, especially as we are teachers. Great to see first hand how the operation works. The presenter was informative and open to questions. Worth a visit if you are interested in education.

This is a wonderful orientation to the School of the Air’s purpose, history and current operations. - We had wonderful short orientation and tour of the school’s purpose and operations. It’s a great organization and very interesting approach to providing a quality education over great distances using technology! I recommend a visit and donate a book for a kid while you are there. It’s for a good cause.

Must see School of the Air! - As a retired teacher, I loved seeing how this facility reaches out to teach students and their tutors in such remote places. Congratulations on your hard work. The tour was excellent and definitely a must see in Alice for teachers, parents and children.

Money well spent. - Was a great experience to see how the school of the air has transgressed from peddle power radio to state of the art internet. Also seeing how the teachers interact as if in a normal classroom
