Best way to experience the red (sometimes green) center! - An absolutely breathtaking tour I would recommend to everyone! Shearna, our tour guide, did an absolutely amazing job and you could really tell she cares deeply for the area, the culture and the aboriginal people living here. I'll be telling stories of this tour and things I learned of for a long time.

This the way to see Outback Australia. No frills but full of character. - We found this tour to be very comprehensive in its coverage of the areas we were visiting. Alex, our driver & guide was brilliant and made the experience one we will cherish for a long time. Her knowledge of the sites visited, including their history and significance to the indigenous people of the area, was comprehensive and revealing. Her enthusiasm for the area was infectious. All 22 disparate travellers pitched in willingly to ensure that the 'chore' element of the camping adventure ran smoothly and we were always ready to GO after every stop. I would strongly recommend this tour as the way to see Australia's outback where you actually get to experience it in a way more closely resembling the days of old.

Great red centre - Seeing the magic of the outback was incredible. It can be a challenge with the heat and flies, but the trip is worth it

Exceptional experience - This was a beautiful four day tour showing the best of the sites that this area has to offer. The camping sites were great and the outdoor atmosphere enhanced the experience. Mitch, our tour guide, was funny, engaging , a great driver and cook and cool under all circumstances. But what made him exceptional was his in depth experience and knowledge of this part of Australia including personal stories of his interaction with some of the indigenous people. A great experience that I would recommend everyone experience in a life time

The Red Centre - a wild ride! - WE had an incredible trip - I guess the best moment was sitting in the silence of Ormiston Gorge watching Black footed Rock Wallabies, as a squadron of budgerigars shot through, the sun glinting off their wings... but the whole trip was amazing. Not for the faint of heart if you like your home comforts, but if you love the wild this is the trip for you.

4 day red center trip - Thank you Shearna for a once in a lifetime experience in the red center. Our packed 4-day adventure was amazing, the sights and walks breathtaking and we learned so much about the nature and culture of this part of Australia! Nothing phased our guide, she didn't let a little bus problem or a bit of rain get in the way of us hitting all the spots we were meant to see, and we had the best time ever. I high recommend Autopia tour for your red center adventures, the organizations was great and the guides are very very experienced!

Awesome experience - My husband and I just completed the 4 day Red Center tour with our guide Rhett who's very knowledgeable about nature and the aboriginal culture. Everything was great from sunrise to sunset, actually even after sunset. The first night Rhett played the guitar and sang for us, the 2nd night he showed us the stars and talked passionately about the universe, the 3rd night we had another very interesting/fun conversation. It was just the 3 of us then as the rest of the group had booked the 3 day tour (but we recommend the 4th day as well to see the MacDonnell Range). At first I preferred sleeping in a tent but after trying the swag I loved the experience (wasn't cold, no bugs, no snakes, plenty of stars). The meals were excellent, including the bonus: kangaroo tail cooked the traditional way. There were a dozen of us on the bus and our luggage were in the trailer with the kitchen boxes. The campsites were very well equipped. Highly recommend!
