From there, a short scenic walk through the valley leads to the Ayusai Waterfall, where visitors can enjoy the fresh mountain air and breathtaking views. The waterfall is a serene spot to unwind and capture photos before returning to Almaty.

The car option offers a comfortable journey from your hotel, with 60 minutes to enjoy the lake. Afterward, we’ll visit the Ayusai Visit Center, followed by a short scenic walk through the valley to the Ayusai Waterfall, where you can breathe in the fresh mountain air and take in the breathtaking views.

For those opting to hike, prepare for a moderate ascent. The trek to the lake takes 2-3 hours, with two hours to explore before heading back. Hiking boots are essential, but trekking poles and raincoats are provided.
