Amazing Kazakhstan - Our trip is very good, Altynai is very attentive and accommodating with all of our needs, and very helpful. We take 2 days tour luckily we have the same tour guide on both of our tours. The places are very beautiful we take so many photos and enjoyed the tour so much.

Beautiful memories with my mom - my tour guide zhiebk is absolutely amazing, friendly, kind and approachable. I had a tour with my mom first time visiting Kazahstan. Im so happy to show her beautiful nature of kazahstan through this tour. I highly recommened this program and hope you have an unforgettable memories.

Making myself happy - Another Great day with Joinme Another Great day with The lovely Guide Dalila The Trip was almost 16Hrs i hope if it more i really didn't want it to finish it bcz of the tour guide ( Dalila ) She always giving her signe to the trip ( like yesterday ) If you really wanted to enjoy the trip , choose it with Joinme especialy with Dalila I'm sad that i'm leaving tomorrow Not good bye but see you later joinme💚

Fantastic Day Trip! - This was a great way to see a bunch of local sights in a single day. I only had one day to check out Kazakhstan, and this was perfect! Even though almost everyone on the bus spoke Kazakh or Russian, Alina made certain that me and the other English-speaking visitor were taken care of. Communication was clear, the bus was comfortable, and the sights were incredible! Also, it was super fun to spend the ride with a bunch of locals. To echo what someone else said, make sure you have some 100 Tenge coins for the bathrooms. My only regret is that I didn't have more time to explore Charyn Canyon and Kolsai Lake, but that's just because I love to hike deep into places, and I knew I wouldn't be able to do that on this day trip. I'll just have to come back again soon!

Beautiful nature around Charyn and Kolsai - The tour started at the meeting point a little later due to some people being late. In general, the group was more Russian-speaking, which made communication a little more difficult for me. I met actually the other tour, which also departed at the same time and they had the opposite problem. Once we arrived at Charyn Canyon, we were given a brief explanation and then allowed to explore the trail on our own. It is possible to walk the outward route to the riverbank without any problems, on the way back it was uphill, although you can also be driven up by transport (for an extra charge). Charyn Canyon was extremely impressive and we saw 2 more canyons (panoramic photos of yellowstone and blackstone canyons). After a stop at a local restaurant in Saty (cash only, which the guide had told us before we left), where we had a menu with tea, a small salad and a main course (I opted for plov), we went to Kolsai Lake. There you can also walk to the breathtakingly beautiful lake. What I didn't like was the wrong price for the boat, which cost 10,000 tenge for 40 minutes, contrary to what was advertised, and that they didn't ask beforehand whether 4 people would get together for a boat if they were traveling alone. Overall, it was not really designed for socializing, but more of an accompanied excursion. Abuhair made an effort to explain everything and be friendly, but was affectionated while speaking Russian, whereas he seemed to make a stressed impression when speaking in English. However, this may also have been due to the rather reserved tour group barely speaking with non-russian speakers. Nevertheless, a highly recommended excursion. Suggestions: The bus was kinda packed, one or two persons less would have been perfect. An introduction round or something like a interactive translation would have made it easier to connect. While knowing there are some solo travellers, make sure that all of them could join the group activities (such as the boat) for normal expenses. Try to assemble homogenous groups (Russian speakers and English speakers). Booking an English-Tour, where the majority could not speak English is kinda disadvantageous for English-Speakers.

Tiring but worthwhile - The views of nature are really wonderful. Charyn canyon was tiring but worth the walk (literally a lot of walking, please dont underestimate). The Kolsai lake got a narnia vibe, it was really majestic (be ready for an uphill walking 😅). It was tiring but definitely worth it. What we saw is even better to what we have expected. Maybe just a bit of improvement for the tourist guides on board. I am not really sure if that is how it is supposed to be. But as foreigner who is in a foreign land, it would lessen our anxiety if our tour guide is a bit more accommodating. Some instructions where not really translated promptly enough to us which made us wonder what to do next. We do appreciate the driver though, he tried to give us instructions despite of not being able to speak in English. The tourist guides are men with few words. 😅 Anyway, if you are a traveller who is not particular about tourist guides then it is fine. 😆. It was mentioned that bottles of water will be provided but we did not receive any. Anyway, it is a small matter. We brought our own water anyway. Overall, the trip was very long, a lot of walking but definitely worth it. 🤗

Time change without warning - Extremely disappointed. It could have been great- if we really went to visit the canyon. However, they changed the time from 6 am to 5 am without telling us, expecting us to know and be there on time. Which we couldn't do, of course. Also, we didn't have the tourist guide's contact, only the agency's one, so we had no way to understand why nobody was here at 6 am, which let us a little bit panicked. After arguing, the agency acknowledged its wrongs and made us a refund (hence the 1/5 and no 0/5 stars). It can be great and I'm sure the landscapes are amazing, but if you choose this agency but sure of the time and place of the meeting point!

Avoid! Sardines in a can! - I can’t choose zero stars unfortunately. We played a day trip from Almaty with joinme. They were an hour late at the hotel. When they finally showed up we boarded the bus which had so little place that my 1.65m girlfriend couldn’t even fit between the seats. I am 1.93 so I didn’t even try. This bus is way worse than a low cost airline‘s seats. We left the bus and of course we didn’t get our money back. I would not use this company image “sitting” like this for 10 hours. Avoid! Bad service. Then the “owner” comments on my review on another site. I should contact him to resolve this issue. I contact them and they just say “hello” and “the owner will contact you” but nothing! Crap service
