Almaty in one day - We had such a wonderful experience on this full day private tour. Alina our guide and a driver picked us up from our hotel in the morning. We spent the next 9 hours exploring Almaty, learning the history and visiting special sites such as museums, the wooden church, republic square, the world's highest outdoor ice rink and so much more. Alina took us to a traditional Kazakhstan restaurant for a wonderful lunch. Throughout the day we learned about culture and traditions and shared family stories. I highly recommend using Alina from Almaty Inspiration Tour!

Excellent Guided Private City Tour and Issyk Lake Tour - We had a memorable experience with Alina from Almaty Inspiration Tour. We booked a City Tour with her and the Issyk Lake tour. She was very flexible with the timings as we had a small toddler and she adjusted timings accordingly, which made us so comfortable. One the first day she welcomed us to Almaty with chocolates and very thoughtfully got cake and apple for our daughter. She explained us Kazakh history and culture during the entire city tour making it a memorable one. Alina also took us for lunch in an Indian restaurant Maharaja during the city tour and enjoyed a leisurely lunch with us. She even took care of our toddler while taking the cable car rides and even bought her craft stuff in the Green Market souvenir shop. Her personal touch made us feel welcome and didn’t make us realise that we were with a tour guide, it felt like we were exploring the city with a close friend. For Lake Issyk tour she packed a wonderful picnic for us, and we could spend a good one hour by the lake and enjoy the wonderful view. She didn’t let us walk even for a minute and managed to take the car directly to the lake. The picnic at Issyk Lake was one the most memorable parts of our trip, something that we will remember forever. Alina took care of us like family and it made our trip a truly amazing one.

The finest personalised tour ever! - The city tour was absolutely fantastic. Though the weather played spoilsport, our amazing and talented guide made the best of it. Pros: 1. Punctuality! It is so important to be on time and we truly appreciated that the pick up was exactly at 9am sharp. 2. Personalised and warm welcome by our guide, Assel. It was truly a warm embrace from the start. 3. The vehicle was extremely comfortable for the three of us, with ample space and perfect heating conditions. 4. The welcome package, including the water and the chocolate was an added bonus. It felt like we were welcomed into the country! Thank you for that. Btw, the chocolate is extremely tasty! Additionally, the fact that she prepared for jackets, umbrellas and continuously offered it to us so that we would be comfortable was an extremely sweet gesture. 5. The trip was extremely well designed factoring in the challenging weather. The drive were perfect, the destinations were well timed. Being with senior citizens, she made sure we were not rushed. We were given ample time throughout the day to see and enjoy the experience. The on time conclusion of the trip, ensuring that all the places were covered and that we returned to the hotel comfortably without any physical exertion or paucity of time. 6. The lunch. She gave us options and we opted to eat Indian food. She took us to Maharaja. The food was sublime and she also joined us with the Indian thali and of course, the chai. 7. The history and explanation of the region, the past and present of Almaty and the future of Almaty and Kazakhstan in general were discussed in detail. That provided us the chance to learn more about the country. 8. Assel made an excellent photographer as well, helping me take all the possible solo pictures. 9. The bonding with Kazakh culture, with her own life experiences and family discussions. That added a layer of warmth which is rare in such tours. 10. The follow up after the trip ended and continued bonding to keep in touch. Cons: None. I highly recommend that anyone coming to Almaty should DEFINITELY opt for this tour with Almaty Inspiration Tour. It is one of the absolute best!

A splendid day in Almaty - Assel picked me u along with Azat who drive us for the day. Well the day started with Assel giving me some delecious Kazakhstan chocolate. The car was very comfortable and clean. First, we made our way to the giant Medue skating Rink. I also learnt about its history and that it is still being used today. Second stop was at the Ski resort and we went to the highest stop ( third) that the gondola took us to. It was a fantastic ride up and down the ski slopes. We also stopped by to get some panaroma views at the old TV tower, this place also had a small zoo and was very lively as it also had a small amusement park. After this we went to the museum where Assel gave me an insight to the Kazak culture and its history that was fascination indeed. Lunch was where we went next, It was a beautiful restaurant with absolutely yummy food and a lot of choices to choose from Including vegetarian options. Assel also guided me and I had some horse meat that was really done well, in traditional Kazak style. We next went to the Cathedral that had such beautiful decorations and the also to the monument for the soldiers who were killed during the second world war, this monument also had the eternal flame to honour the soldiers who fought in the great patriotic war. The final stop for me was the market that was very lively and something that gave a local flavour to the whole tour. A big thanks to Assel and Azar to have made my day greater than what I could ask for

One day tour at Almaty and Shymbulak - We were short of days in Almaty and took the one day Almaty City tour along with a visit to Shymbulak Ski Resort. Tour was well planned in a short time and Alina guided us well with explaining the culture, heritage and history. We enjoyed the snow for first time in our life and tried horse meat too! We wish we had more days to explore!

A Highlight of our Almaty Trip - This tour was a fantastic way to view Almaty. Our guide Alina was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the history and people of Kazakhstan. The driver was very good and drove carefully. We visited some of the main sites and as we were exploring, Alina was telling us everything about the history and Kazakhstani traditions. It was so wonderful to hear about history in a very interesting and fascinating way. Her stories were full of fun facts, exciting events as well as some tragic historical moments that resonated with our emotions. Because of how engaging her stories were, I was able to remember all of it when I was journaling about the trip the next day.
