• Medeo - Begin the day with a morning pickup in Almaty, followed by a drive to the Medeo skating rink. From there, a cable car ride will take the group to the Talgarsky Pass, situated 3200 meters above sea level, passing through the Shymbulak ski resort.
• Bolshoi Talgarskiy Pereval - The trail leading to the Bogdanovich glacier traverses the alpine highlands and then enters the glacier zone, which is almost devoid of vegetation. Initially, the path follows the left side of the gorge along a ground track, eventually reaching the left side moraine of the glacier, where the trail becomes nearly indistinguishable. After approximately an hour of hiking, the path moves to the center of the gorge, navigating around a large rocky outcrop from the left, and then proceeds to the glacier’s tongue on the right side of the mountain valley.

During the journey, enjoy breathtaking views of the Chkalov and Fizkulturnik peaks, adorned with the “hanging” glaciers known as Ayak and Til. The glacier’s tongue provides a magnificent panorama of the northern walls of the Komsomol, Amangeldy, and Pioneer peaks.

In winter, a visit to the Oktyabrskaya ice cave can be included, provided it is safe.

Upon reaching an altitude of 3600 meters, the group will begin the descent back to the pass. A cable car will then take everyone down to Medeo, followed by a drive back to the city.
