The best trip in Almaty! - I had the lovliest tour with Diana! The company was great, really efficient and superb with their communication; I was contacted the day before to confirm timings and pick up, then again on the morning of the tour, so I felt comfortable that everything was so organized. On the day, Diana and the driver couldn’t have been nicer! They went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my trip, were informative and knowledgeable about the sites we visited and they were really flexible, stopping at places I wanted to see and taking lots of pictures of me, which was lovely, as I was travelling alone. I feel like I’ve made a real friend in Diana and it was the perfect tour to start my trip in Kazakhstan. I’m already planning my next trip there and will certainly book through this company, and ask for Diana, again!

Book with her STAT! 😊 - Gulzat is like a knight in shining armor! She made it easy for us to explore Almaty. For a couple who does not speak russian or kazak, Gulzat was there to rescue us. Even on days that we did not book with her, she was a message away, always ready to lend a hand. 😊 we highly recommend booking tours with her. Additionally, she shared photos and videos captured by her team which I am attaching as Charyn Canyon is just marvelous.

Popular places in Almaty. - Simply amazing excursions in English. Even the most picky guest was satisfied. On excursions, the group saw the most popular places in the city. We visited the Park of the First Prize, Shymbulak, Kok Tobe, Medeo, and climbed Gorelnik. The nature is simply magnificent, the air is clean, it’s impossible not to fall in love with this city. I would like to thank our guide for his very attentive attitude towards everyone, for his individual approach, for selecting what we needed. I ordered 2 excursions for the group, initially these were supposed to be other places, but nature made its own adjustments, since there was a threat of an emergency and travel to Alma Arasan was closed, we were adjusted the route and offered several solutions. When choosing an excursion, there is full information support from the first to the last stage. I highly recommend this choice; my guests were absolutely delighted.

Excellent And Reasonable Almaty Guide - Gulzat is an extremely knowledgeable guide. She is humble and honest. Always prompt and her price is reasonable. She doesn't make you go into souvenir stores or anywhere else to make you buy things. Every vendor in the green market knows her in case you want to make a purchase.

Excellent tour - Great tour guide - Had a lovely day with our tour guide Gulzat - excellent hospitality and she was flexible to tailor the tour to our interests. We enjoyed her knowledge about the history of Almaty and she made sure we enjoy every minute of our tour - highly recommended.

Almaty at every turn. - Gulzhat was very helpful and wonderful to talk to. You can tell she loves her job and is knowledgeable. You have this feeling you have been her freind for many years. She took care to ensure I got to my prayers on tour which is very vital for Muslim travellers I am grateful for that consideration.
