The beauties of the Cerrado. - Paralelo 14 is an organized agency that provides good service. Monalisa handled me well, removing my doubts about the script I chose. Guides Jaderson and Robson were very attentive and helpful with the group. Good professionals and friendly. Chapada dos Veadeiros, is a charming place with beautiful waterfalls. I spent pleasant moments contemplating the Cerrado and bathing in the waterfalls, which by the way, is refreshing! I had a little difficulty on some trails, due to the way to have many rocks, rises and descents...the Guide helped me, and got it all right! I had lunch at the Kalunga Quilombo. Food is made in the wood stove. What delight! I attracted a lot of attention was the Moon Valley, the waterfall Sta Barbara and the Maitreya Garden. The city of Alto Paraíso is very quiet and nice. Back in Brasília, had a stop at the Pamonharia Vó Belmira. Serves a variety of snacks and juices. I liked the Goiano empadão. The next day I made a city tour of Brasília. My trip was very good. I intend to return to the Chapada dos Veadeiros.

Super recommend! - The company was excellent from start to finish! Any question or situation that arose they prepared themselves to meet and solve, p/mim that was traveling alone was excellent because I made the script with other 3 women who were also alone! The script allowed me to know and unravel the cerrado in a unique way, and if it were on my own it would not have been possible. They gave me tips from the nightlife of high heaven, they let me a lot of pleasure and it looked like I was on a trip with friends! I recommend especially if you don't want to stay sleeping home day in a different city.

Perfect Experience - The trip happened super quietly, everything flowed perfectly like magic and the choice of parallel 14 was definitely responsible for that. I was super well served and had my doubts and requests met from the first moment with Monalisa. Fagner was super receptive and friendly. Lovely!!! - The landscapes are amazing. We took a lot of photos, but the most amazing were the guides (Robson and Kleytin) who led us through unforgettable experiences. Everything from the reception at the airport (Fagner) to the snacks on the trails (delicious), the attention of professionals (Monalisa super attentive), the magical places, the typical restaurants, the flight from Balão (Felipe) ...Finally, I am already scheduling the return. Trip to Chapada - I initially decided to go to Chapada accompanied by a person who was a few times, so I already had an idea about the script. For this reason, I wanted to select the places I would like to go during my stay but I realized that anything that escapes the standard Vacation Package becomes too expensive maybe because it is not lucrative for you to have this variety of days and itinerary. Lost 2 places which I considered very good to include: Secret and Spiders. The second I was aware that it is better during the rains, but anyway, could be Secret and Lokinhas for example. Well, I tbm talked to other guides through other indications and the biggest problem was not having interested group at that time and days... He was a little frustrated about going to Chapada and not being able to do everything he wanted. I closed the standard Vacation Package and what I heard from many people was that it would be feasible to get company during the stay to do the other tours, but unfortunately that didn't happen. Regarding your standard Vacation Package I find the trip to the Park completely disposable. That was not a single opinion in my group. Santa Barbara, Valley of the Moon and Carocol are really mandatory! Leather is different...but who knows you think about the Park, where the beauty does not impact like the others. As for the guides.. Jardeson veryoooo friendly, good people, funny... a professional who quickly conquers the customer. We felt a very big difference with the first contact with Robson... it seemed to me the opposite of Jaderson. Very serious and very closed initially... but after we know better it is very nice tbm. Both are very professional and I have no complaints about how they conducted the tour. Jaderson is more flexible while Robson seemed more concerned about making everything perfect... sometimes customers are not concerned about perfection, but rather with the fun rs I understand that you do everything online, but to know who you're going to meet, it would be good to have a phone interview asking about details of the customer's life and tracks you've already done. We had one person in the group with a lot of difficulty, but he said that he had already done several tracks.. In my opinion, it is important that this more intimate contact for you not to be caught by surprise with someone going wrong in the middle of the ride. On the first day we arrived at the airport, we barely had time to have breakfast...(I think we can not consider the flight snack as coffee ) Jefferson gave us the information that we would arrive at the Inn and we would have 30 minutes to arrange and meet Jaderson for the tour. Nothing was ⁇ about lunch, so I got very hungry and imagined that after the Moon Valley we would all have lunch together... which didn't happen. Even if I wanted to have lunch at the Inn where I was, I ⁇ 't have that chance, because there is no such structure there. It is important that you also care where we will be installed so that you can evaluate how the vacationer will take a walk without eating. I wasn't interested in paying for the snack with you guys because I'm a vegetarian and I don't remember seeing a snack aimed at it. As for Monalisa, I feel sorry to say that she has many flaws as a professional. I was sometimes surprised how some “kkkkkk” during the WhatsApp conversation... Talking by message generates many interpretations because you don’t know who you’re dealing with on the other side. Once again I emphasize the need for more intimate contact by telephone and in person. Only then will you be sure that you will conquer the client. She didn't realize she sold the Vacation Package without charging the transfer, but Jefferson was waiting for me at the airport. Faced with this transfer and tours problem, she tried to help me and said that she would try to get a better time so I ⁇ 't stay all day at the airport. She forgot to give me back and after I looked for her, she said she thought I had given up and decided otherwise. She got an uber that makes crowded to solve the problem around me, which I consider a lower transfer quality. Again, I reinforce communication. If you want the customer to come back praising it is important to worry not only with the tours, but also with the go and go, in addition to the structure that is hosted . I didn't say I didn't want a transfer. So, in addition to not being able to take tours on Mondays and Tuesdays, I had to go to Brasília at 8:30 am with Kamilo because there was no other option. I stayed all day at the airport waiting for my flight which was only at 8:30. Frustrating for a person who was the first time in Chapada. It is something necessary for you to rethink how you want to win the customer... whether it's just for the days of the tour or if you have the empathy to create a totally innovative experience. It wasn’t that that ruined my trip, because I met wonderful people, had fun and it all went well in the end.
