Unforgettable sites. Truly spectacular. - Fabulous sites. Really unparalleled. Great tour guids (Fahd at Hegra stands out...super story teller). Very good driver support, especially picking me up at hotel and seamless passing me on to a different driver when necessary. My only complaint was that it was IMPOSSIBLE to get advance information on where to be for pick up as I was not staying at one of the listed hotels. I spent a long, expensive time on help lines trying to figure that out, and almost cancelled my booking because I thought I was just not going to be able to connect with the tour. Ultimately they made contact with me but it was shockingly late in the day. Poor info on where to meet initially, too. Given the very high price of a solo ticket that should have been better

Extortionate price. Do it yourself! - Completely over priced by an extortionate amount. You are basically paying for 4 car rides and 2 entrance tickets. You can use careem to take you everywhere and buy the tickets online. The tour guide they give is basically a driver. The tour is conducted at the sites by the tourist office. The elephant rock was closed and sealed off then we got there and another guide informed me that the train station is closed long term while it’s turned into a hotel.

Very bad experience - The tour operator didn’t turn up. I texted and called and at about 1pm they contacted me. They thought the tour was on 6th instead 4th. I had to organize a tax and try to book tickets for the same day to places it was a nightmare. I did get my money back after talking to several people over an hour to explain the situation. Some agents were helpful others were rude. It is horrible thinking you are going on a tour and you have one day. I also changed a lot of flights etc just to do the tour..🤬 Which didn’t happen.. Terrible communication..

L O L wow - Avoid at all costs. This is the biggest scam on planet. The guy literally picks you up, drops you at a bus station 45 minutes before the bus arrives and tells you to text him when your done. I paid $700 for a customizable trip (the only customizable thing is which seat on the bus you would like assuming you’re the first one on it. My hotel was 1km from the bus stop (could have just walked had i known) Driver also spoke as good of english as I speak Icelandic in reverse. To enter Hegra you do need to be on a bus unless you book a private land rovers way in advance $$ but if you are coming to Al Ula and don’t want to rent a car I highly suggest buying the admission tickets on your own and then just using the taxi WhatsApp for Al Ula which is incredibly responsive and on time. This is not a special or even average tour. This is not even a tour. this is literally a ride to a bus station and the admission tickets for this price. I’ve been to 150 countries and never could be bothered to complain about anything publically but this service would cost less than $30 USD by calling a taxi
