Great service in early morning - I had a super early flight like 5:30am in the morning and need to leave my place at 3:30am. The driver showed up on time and get me to the airport very fast. I appreciate that he had to work in such early morning and I enjoyed the service.

The Phantom Pickup - The company claims the driver arrived for pickup but after looking for approximately an hour my fiancée was unable to find the driver and had to find herself a taxi.
The company still then charged for services not rendered.
Wish it was possible to give negative stars.

Transport from Jerevan Airport did not show up. - The driver did not show up when we arrived Jerevan Airport at 5.30 am Sunday morning. After contacting Support they sent an ordinary taxi 45 minutes later.
