Phenomenal Journey - Our guide Michele was awesome!!!! He was so knowledgeable of the area and gave us so much insight. We walked by Lemon groves, and up to the abandoned paper mills that lined the river long ago. All that’s left of most of them are empty shells. Here you will find the only waterfalls along the Almafi Coast. This is why the pAper mills were built, the natural running water. Here too are prehistoric ferns o my found 3 places on earth, and petrified moss which was really cool to see. This trek is pretty strenuous and does a lot of climbing and retuning by a lot of stairs. It was well worth it to see this gem of the Almafi Coast.

review - this climb through densely wooded hills above Amalfi towards the waterfalls is very quiet and beautiful. Alessandro's knowledge of the area and its historical geo-political significance is much appreciated.

A wonderful experience. Our guide... -
A wonderful experience. Our guide Enzo tailored the walk to start and end in Ravello, where my wife and I were staying, eliminating the need to get transportation back from one of the coastal cities at the conclusion of the walk. For 4 hours, the walk produced breathtaking views of Atrani and Amalfi, and a lot of history of the once industrialized region. Enzo was very passionate about the area, and was an excellent guide!
