Excellent day visiting the Douro Valley - We had a great day visiting the Douro Valley with our guide, Paulo. We cruised down the Douro river, had lunch in a local restaurant and did a port tasting at a vineyard. We also went to two different viewing points and the views were really spectacular. We were picked up and dropped back to our villa and Paulo even waited for us to pop into a supermarket on the way home. All in all a first class day.

Amazing experience. Highly recommend - We had a wonderful time visiting Douro Valley region. Amazing scenic views….winding roads with terraces vineyards looked so beautiful! Made stops in Amarante, Lamego & visited Quinta Bomfim in Pinhão. The view from Galafura was the best. Our trip was more enjoyable because of our excellent tour guide/driver, Rodolfo. He made sure we got to see what we wanted. He was kind, understanding and courteous.
