We pick you up at your hotel around 9:00 AM and head to Amatitán Town. There, we visit the Casa Herradura hacienda, built in 1870. You’ll tour the different areas of the modern factory with a detailed explanation of the tequila-making process and explore the beautiful old part, the Ex-Hacienda San José, a world heritage site, we have tequila tastings….
We pick you up at your hotel around 9:00 AM and head to Amatitán Town. There, we visit the Casa Herradura hacienda, built in 1870. You’ll tour the different areas of the modern factory with a detailed explanation of the tequila-making process and explore the beautiful old part, the Ex-Hacienda San José, a world heritage site, we have tequila tastings.
We explored central Tequila, Jalisco, visiting its main attractions: the José Cuervo souvenir shop and the Santiago Apóstol temple.
If you choose the option with lunch we move to the “taberna del cofrade” underground restaurant.

Great day & tour - Great way to spend our anniversary. Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and made this tour feel super unique. Every stop is filled with lots of fun and tequila.

Best trip - 100% recomendado. Tuvimos un Gran día en el tequila tour, les recomiendo ese tour y les recomiendo que pidan a Delfino de su tour Guide!! Fue una excelente persona que nos supo explicar todo con lujo de detalle! No cualquiera sabe tanto sobre cada lugar y cosa! Super amable y buena onda el muchacho!!
100% recommended. We had a great day on the tequila tour, I recommend that tour and I recommend that you ask Delfino for you tour Guide!! He was an excellent person who knew how to explain everything to us in great detail! Not everyone knows so much about every place and thing! Super friendly and cool boy!!

An Awesome and Authentic Experience - My friend and I were looking to pass the day, see some of the surrounding areas around Guadalajara, and learn a little about Tequila in the process without a big group tour experience or hokey tourist trap. This fit the bill perfectly! Thanks to COVID, Herradura was closed but I am certain that this experience was all the better as a result. Our guide, Alejandro, was OUTSTANDING. He was very knowledgeable about the area and answered all of our many questions about Guadalajara and the tequila-making process. The tour consisted of just me and my buddy, which was great. El Último Agave and Hacienda de Oro were awesome experiences and both venues were quaint and beautiful. The tasting took place in a beautiful setting overlooking the agave fields and the people who were running it were amazing! Jazmín did an OUTSTANDING job giving her first tour in English and both Alejandro and Jazmín were kind enough to speak in both Spanish and English so that I could work on my Spanish and my buddy could still understand. We also were able to see the Sauza factory and eat a delicious lunch on their premises before wandering the streets of Tequila. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a genuine, authentic, and unique experience. El Último Agave/Hacienda de Oro were definitely the highlights and if you can pay a little for the private tour, it is well worth it!

An Awesome Authentic Experience - My friend and I were looking to pass the day, see some new sights, and learn a little about tequila in the process. However, we wanted to steer clear of big tours and hokey tourist traps. This experience was awesome. Thanks to COVID, Herradura was closed but I am positive that this experience was all the better. It was a private tour with an AWESOME guide, Alejandro. Alejandro was very knowledgeable about the area and answered many of our questions about Guadalajara and the surrounding regions. El Último Agave and Haciendo de Oro were amazing. The scenery was fantastic and the tasting took place in two beautiful and unique locations. Jazmín was an outstanding guide at both of these locations and did a great job giving her first tour in English. Both Alejandro and Jazmín also we’re kind enough to speak in both Spanish and English so that I could practice my Spanish and my buddy could still understand. This was such a memorable experience. We also got to see the Sauza property and town of tequila. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a more authentic experience! Pay a little extra for the private tour, if possible.

Fantastic tour! - This was a great tour... the guide spoke English really well... picked us up from our hotel... dropped us back off... great food... excellent tequila... excellent information...hands on experiences

Tequila Tour - Excellent tour, particularly the Herradura tour. Our driver, Manuel, was fine but nothing too special, but we had a different guide for the distillery who was great. The town of Tequila was very cool as well and glad we got to spend some time there. Highly recommend overall.
