Unique Experience - Thankyou to Joshua and Kenn for giving us both a most extraordinary experience, from seeing the Meeting of the Waters in Manaus, travelling up the River by small boat to feeding Pink Dolphins and catching Parana and walking in the Jungle. Their knowledge and insites were invaluable to helping us understand this unique and vunerable place. Best experience ever! - What an experience! Guides were great, especially Kennedy who went out of his way to make everything go so smooth. We saw the best of the Amazon's animals, people and culture! The Experience of a Lifetime! - I can’t recommend this expedition enough. It exceeded our expectations and everything about it was thrilling, safe and memorable! Go for it - Just amazing.The tour guide was very knowledgable and friendly and we even did extra activities outside the program. An Amazon dream come true - Visiting the rainforest was a dream trip for me and my fiancé and the experience we had was truly spectacular. The communication and logistics of being picked up and dropped off was smooth. The guide was extremely knowledgeable about fauna and flora and went out of his way to find a boa for me. The package exceeded my expectations. They easily accommodated our request for vegan food and the meals that were prepared were delicious.Thank you Joshua and Kennedy.

Breathtaking Tour! - The tour was amazing. The organisation was very good, every single day was perfectly planned and we didn’t had any extra costs. Our guide Toniel explained us everything about the Amazonas, we saw a lot of animals and had a lot of fun together. He is such a great guy, with a lot of passion for the amazonas. The accomodation (Tucan Lodge) is situated at the Rio Negro (few moscitos and a lot of dolphins). They prepare tasty food everyday with fresh fruits, rice, pasta, meat and vegetables. Thanks again to all of you!

Best trip of my life! - My friend and I booked the tour of 4 days and three nights. Firstly comparing what other tours offered, this seemed to offer the most activities: going on a lot of boat trips, looking for animals such as Kaimans, Piranha fishing, swimming with dolphins, visiting an indigenous tribe, sleeping outside for a night etc. The location of the lodge itself is perfect. It is far away from the city, getting there you already get to see some of the amazons breathtaking nature, there is quiet and peace, you can hear the jungles animals and once in a while you can observe dolphins swimming not far from the lodge. Besides that the lodge was nice and clean, we had a little house with a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace for ourselves. The entire trip was well organized from the beginning to the end. Our guide, Toniel, was one of the main reasons why this trip became an unforgettable one. You could see it was important to him for us to enjoy this tour, feel comfortable, learn and just take in all of what the Amazon has to offer. Furthermore his languages skills are very very good! Generally the mood and atmosphere was very casual and comfortable, we had loads of fun! We didn’t necessarily do the activities in the order they are described here, however we did all of them and even more, on the last day we went canoeing around the “neighborhood” and compared to other tours we have read about, all the activities are included in the price. We didn’t have to pay for neither going swimming with the dolphins nor visiting the indigenous tribe. All in all the staff of the lodge and Toniel made this trip to the Amazon the best trip of my life. I felt welcomed and greatly taken care of and the service was excellent. They even offered a shuttle from the airport to the hostel we stayed prior to the Amazon tour. Everyday was exciting and full of adventures. We were sad to leave, as the days had gone by so fast, but we cannot wait to be back soon! We wish all the best to the staff of the Tucan Lodge and especially want to thank Toniel again. We can only recommend going on this tour, it’s beyond what we have imagined it to be.

The 4D/3N Amazon experience at the Tucan lodge was one of the highlights during our backpacking trip in Brazil. This was not only achieved by the various activities and services provided during our stay, but also the great staff and excellent guide (Mathias) made it a unforgettable experience!
