- Tukad Cepung Waterfall - The name Tukad Cepung Waterfall comes from the word “Tukad” in Balinese which means river, while “Cepung” means channel, so Tukad Cepung Waterfall means Cepung River channel.
This waterfall really attracts visiting tourists. Sourced from a spring above, Tukad Cepung Waterfall has its own charm with its water flowing from the top of the cave hole.
The location of this waterfall is in a canyon flanked by rocky cliffs, so to see this waterfall you have to enter the cave first. The clear water is 15 meters high and has a current that is not very strong.
What’s unique is that the water that falls resembles a giant curtain, coupled with sunlight that reflects beautiful light into the rather dark cave. The water that falls will flow directly along the path that tourists pass, because Tukad Cepung Waterfall does not have a trough or main pool.
