A great day trip with the best driver/guide - We had a fantastic time on our day trip to Amman and the desert castles. Our driver/guide Mahmoud was just great! He arrived on time with a clean car, told us the history of each place we were visiting, was very knowledgeable and gave a lot of information about Jordan and Jordanians. He figured out that we loved history so asked us to spend as much time as we needed at each site without rushing us anywhere. He also gave us suggestions on where to shop and on where to find good Jordanian delicacies. When we asked him about kanafeh, he took us to a famous sweet shop to try it out (he even wanted to pay for it himself) During this trip, we have been to Turkey, Egypt and Jordan and have come across many guides but he was hands down the best we have had so far. Thank you Mahmoud for making our last day in Jordan so memorable!!

Great time exploring the sites. - Friendly driver answer all of our questions, made us feel comfortable while driving us to the sites. Took so many pictures, enjoyed the experience.

An excellent tour!!! - Booked this tour on another app as a solo traveller. My driver for the day was Mahmoud who was very personable with a good sense of humour and gave a lot of details on each of the destinations on the tour. He also gave some great suggestions of popular areas to eat and have some downtime. I'll probably visit Jordan again and would definitely book another tour with this company and request this driver. Amazing trip with Safwat - The trips has been amazing with Safwat as a rider, really comfortable and adapting to my rythm. He took me to a bunch of places I didn’t know that wasn’t scheduled but it was really worth it. I recommend him 100%.

Exploring castles and souks - My son and I had a great day with Safwat. He picked us up from our hotel and took us on a tour of desert castles, to the citadel and around downtown Amman. Biggest highlight was the amazing foods we tried. Safwat went above and beyond!

Treated Like a Member of the Family, Not a Tourist - On my first day with this company, "Fox" took me to Petra. I was so happy with his guidance that I specifically requested his services for the second day. So let me repeat why, if going with Alamal, should specifically request Mahmoud "Fox" 1) He is *on time* 2) Gives you *great guidance* (overview, where to hire a guide and where not to) 3) Gives you a perfect estimate on how much time you will need at the site, and how much time will be spent in traffic 4) Tells you specifically where the ticket office is and what documents you will need 5) Tells you where the tourist traps are But for me, I was treated like a member of his family, not just a tourist 1) I was suffering from a cold; he volunteered some medicine, and took me to a great pharmacy 2) Bought me water and lunch (out of his own pocket) 3) When I ran out of connectivity, he offered me his hotspot We are friends now, and will remain in touch as such I couldn't recommend him enough
