Great experience - The trip was very well organized and customized to our needs; it worked out perfectly! The driver, Omar, was very kind, professional and friendly, which was important given the long drive. We are happy that we decided to do this trip and finally got so see Petra - a few hours well spent!

Excellent service! / one day trip to Petra - The experience in Petra was amazing!!! I booked this service one day in advance and the driver confirmed without any problem. He also replied my questions immediately. For the pick up at the hotel he was very punctual. During the trip he drove very safely and I felt comfortable all the time. WiFi was available during the trip and worked perfectly all the time. I took my time in Petra as I needed, no stress at all. As I had a headache after the long walk, the driver was so kind that he even got some medicine, water and coffee for me. I definitely recommend JO VIP and thank the driver for the excellent service.

Fantastic and fascinating trip❤️ - As hard as our vacation in Jordan started, it ended so wonderfully. Unfortunately I had to cancel our trip to the Dead Sea on Tuesday due to the terrible weather and when I wrote to Omar (who is the most fantastic tour guide I have ever met❤️) about it to change it to another day, he very kindly changed it without a problem. He organized a fantastic day for us on Wednesday. We visited Madaba, Mount Nebo and our last stop was the Dead Sea. Omar was very helpful and patient with us. He is a fantastic person! We left for Petra at six in the morning on Thursday. It was fantastic to see the sunrise on the way. Omar took us on this long journey. Petra is a fantastic place. Beautiful and monumental. Unfortunately, we couldn't watch it all, it takes at least a whole day. We, on the other hand, continued on to Wadi Rum, so this Petra road was shorter for us. Wadi Rumba Omar organized a jeep tour for us. It was a fantastic experience and a beautiful place. At the end of the day, we headed back to Amman. Omar led the way back. He had great patience, even though he didn't eat or drink anything all day because of Ramadan. Amazing person. I can only recommend him and his expertise to everyone❤️❤️

Great experience - It was all well organized, Ahmad was very helpful and professional. We add then one night in the bubbles in wadi rum with a tour in the desert and the afternoon at the Dead Sea. The car had wifi which was really useful. We can definitely recommend.

Amazing private trip to Petra! - Ahmad made out trip to Petra exceptional! He was extremely kind , always willing to help with everything we needed. In a professional level it's worth mentioning that he's driving safely and the car is in excellent condition. The service was so good that we booked with him another trip the next day.

Excellent full day trip to Petra - Ahmad was excellent. Punctual, professional, helpful and very nice. He offered us water and coffee and was keen to give advice on anything. The transfer was very smooth and the car was in excellent condition. I highly recommend!

Very helpful and nice - Ahmed was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay in Jordan. He gave me some useful tips that prevented me from making some mistakes in the itinerary I had planned to do. I definetely contact him again if I come back to Jordan.

Fantastic private transfer to Petra - I concur with all the reviews shared about this experience. This was the second time booking through this company. Ahmad was our driver, he's professional, courteous and prompt. There are no surprising upsells in this service. For those wondering what they'll need, bring walking shoes, money for ticketed entry to Petra and some additional money for food and drinks (or BYO). Get familiar with what you'd like to see before you arrive as there's too much to fit in one day. Be aware that although entry to petra grants you a free horse ride, it's not really free a 15 JOD tip is expected (the ride is quite short too). Also if you decide to get a tour guide ensure they're accredited, there's a lot of fake guides that will hassle you for a tour. Finally, be aware that no service offered to you in Petra is "free", be prepared to pay for any service you accept. At the end of the day, we had an amazing day and are already discussing a second visit.

Excellent - The site is breathtaking. Walking through the tunnel and seeing the treasury. The carvings in the mountains. The amazing walking. Just ignore everyone trying to sell you things
