Monaco of Greece! - Fantastic service from the boat crew. Well organised and we were taken care of. Symi was an amazing experience, would compare it to the mini Monaco of Greece. Absolutely beautiful. St George’s bay was also beautiful and had some unexpected surprises in the form of goats appearing on the beach. Would recommend, fantastic day trip.

Top day/highly recommended - From the pick up to the return tour an all-round beautiful experience. Everything on time and organized well Significantly faster than all other boats. Symi is worth seeing, especially if you leave the harbor and take in the views a little above the hustle and bustle. After that a short drive to Saint George Bay.Great panoramic view of the rugged rocks and crystal clear water invites you to swim. Great day with fantastic impressions. Thumbs up!

Wonderful service and staff - Extremely punctual, well-executed trip with this company. Completely hassle-free experience, apart from the fact that one passenger decided to stand guard on the upper deck, turning people away from the back three rows of seats to reserve them for her large party, proclaiming aggressively and out loud that ‘these seats are for my family’ to other passengers who turned around with a bewildered look on their faces. The woman, subsequently grabbed on to her chair like a small child during most of the trip due to feeling sick (or so she claimed) before seemingly forgetting about her travel sickness about 20 minutes into the journey. This is no bad reflection on the people who work for the company. Symi itself was beautiful and definitely worth a visit. The recommended route is not really for those with mobility issues, but climbing the many steps to discover hidden parts of the island among the colourful homes was wonderful, if a bit knackering - we clocked Up about 10 miles in total. On the way back, we asked if it would be possible to be dropped off at the Old Town instead of our hotel to which the staff were really accommodating. Their customer service throughout our whole experience was way more than expected. I would highly recommend this business again.

Nice and rewarding excursion - The trip to the fantastic St. George's Bay and Symi I liked very much. The bucket seats on the boat are very comfortable. If necessary, fleece jackets are offered for the crossing. In Symi you can walk very nicely and also visit one of the numerous restaurants and cafes. Prices are fair for the view. The price of 45€ I find reasonable. A bit annoying and therefore a star deduction, I found the lack of communication to the pickup points. I took the rental car to Faliraki harbour as according to the provider it looks as if you will be picked up from there by boat. Here, however, they only checked in and then took by bus to the actual departure point (Amada Colossos). The whole thing took a good 45 minutes. Here I would have preferred to drive the rental car directly to the departure point if you had found information about this.

Trip to Symi - Very friendly stuff. On time. The moment it got windy they immediately offered jackets. It’s a pretty beautiful island, but the time on Saint George’s Bay could have been a bit longer and the time in Symi could have been a bit shorter. Because the time for swimming and snorkeling was a bit too short. In total the trip was worth it’s money we had a really good time.

Quick trip to Symi and St George’s Bay - We used Faliraki Sea Lines on our recent trip to Rhodes to visit Symi island. The boat took us about 1.5hr to get to Symi, and the boat was fairly spacious given the amount of people on it. The crew on the beach and onboard were friendly, and provided you with all relevant information needed. You get around 3 hours in Symi, which we thought was just enough to do what we wanted to do, and see what we wanted whilst also grabbing a bite to eat. The swinstop at St George’s Bay was lovely, the boat had “pool noodles.” to use in the water if you’re not a confident swimmer in the sea, and you could jump off the front of the boat, or go down the steps at the back. The Swim lasted about 30 minutes which was a nice amount of time, before heading back to Faliraki. We departed at 10:20am and arrived back in Faliraki beach at roughly 5pm. The cons of using this is that it is quite frankly just a boat trip to Symi with a swim stop, so if you’re expecting refreshments and food, with music etc this isn’t for you. Another thing is that the company DO NOT send you reminders about your trip, so if you’ve booked it in advance make sure you have noted down your date and the collection point for boarding the boat so you don’t miss out. The company takes both cash and card.

Beautiful Symi ! - A rough trip with the wing on the way to Symi but all was very well organised and on time. Coming back was much smoother. Symi itself was fantastic.. very pretty place , we had some lunch next to the sea which was lovely. 3 hrs we found was just the right amount of time to spend there. St George’s bay was also beautiful to have a refreshing swim on the way back to Faliraki. Managed to park our car right on the beach next to pick up point…. Amazing day and the highlight of our holiday !!

Ferry only - Very expensive for what it was, basically it's a ferry to Simi and back with one swim stop. No food or drink. No music, no info. A ferry that's it. Swim stop was nice though

"Beautiful boat tour with potential for improvement" - We had a mixed experience with the boat tour. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which was definitely a plus. Unfortunately, the return journey was less pleasant as we sat in the aisle and had no place with views of the water. The swim stop, originally planned for 30 minutes, lasted only 15 minutes, although the place itself was breathtakingly beautiful. The overall journey time was also shorter than expected, which was probably due to the current conditions – the departure time was therefore brought forward by 2 hours. The transfer to Rhodes from Faliraki went well, but it was completely full, and there was no pick-up or return by boat to the originally agreed location. The tour lasted from 9:10 to 15:10. Symi was definitely worth seeing!! Another point that clouded the experience was the defective microphone. Unfortunately, during the trip, it was hard to understand anything, which meant that when getting off the train, the staff had to be asked for information individually. This took a lot of time and delayed the process. A replacement of the microphone would therefore be urgently needed to avoid such misunderstandings in the future and to make the process more efficient. All in all, it was a nice tour, but with some organizational flaws that clouded the overall impression.

Stick to the schedule!!! - The schedule for the trip stated that the half hour swim stop at St George’s Bay was on the return journey from Symi. The swim stop happened in the way and instead, no prior notification to passengers and took eveone by surprise. When I questioned why the change , the crew member firstly seemed surprised that the swim was scheduled for the return leg of the trip and then made up some nonsenyabout it being better for the passengers to swim then as the weather was overcast! The weather was beautiful all that day, no wind and it was sun all the way in our return trip. After I had made this enquiry, the crew member made an announcement to state the same rubbish that he had said to me. This change ruined the trip for a lot of the passengers as only a very small number went for a swim. After all, who wants to swim and then spend the next 3 hours covered in salt and sticky while trying to enjoy Symi. If the swim was on return trip as advertised, passengers would be on way back to their accommodation and able to shower etc before going out for the evening. The swim stop is described by lots of reviewers of this trip as being the best part of it and it was denied to a lot of people on the boat yesterday. The rest of the trip was fine left on time , pick up and return all on time. I would advise intending passengers to confirm before payment that the trip will go ahead AS PER SCHEDULE. The change of schedule may have been better for the crew , but definitely not better for the passengers!
