It was a relaxing and... - It was a relaxing and enjoyable cruise. There's nothing like having a canal cruise in beautiful Amsterdam to see the house boats, tourist spots and beautiful architecture that is unique to this city. Don't leave Amsterdam without having a canal cruise.

Nothing beats an Amsterdam Canal tour - Nothing beats a canal tour in Amsterdam. Staff were extremely helpful, "Captain Jack" was good craic and it was just nice to chill out. Be warned, this gets verrry busy, but that's expected!

1hr canal tour - We enjoyed the tour and the staff was friendly, audio was interesting and the views were all beautiful

An Experience in itself - One can see the things which normally not everyone is aware of. Leaning buildings had been built as per Government regulations and not that they are leaning on their own due to vintage.

One sided tour - The bridges Disappointed only could see one side no visibility to far side of the boat and most seemed to be on the right hand side we were on the left

The worst - We took an activity from Amsterdam’s explore pass and we didn’t like it. First of all, if you don’t sit on the right side you don’t see the best views because the route does not turn around. So we didn’t see anything interesting as it was on the other side. Also you see like a few nice places and for the rest 40 minutes it’s just so boring, I was praying for it to finally be over. Don’t recommend.

Disappointment - 21 o'clock was the latest date and they advertised as an evening tour but itwasn't dark at all. We arrived a bit earlier but the guide didn't allowed to sit on the half of the boat because they waited for a group. The group diddn't came, and then they allowed to sit everywhere. It wasn't nothing personal guide, only audio guide but it was late, so I switched off. It took about 52 minutes.

City Card - Don’t bother - Boat overcrowded and very loud; no onboard commentary (headphones with multiple language options instead), it was honestly tiring listen to the engine drone and whine, and I was checking my watch ten minutes in to see how long was left. Unbearable. This is one of the providers that offer a canal cruise on the I am Amsterdam city card. Go elsewhere.

Do not do it - The worst sailing ever. We were promised pizza. We got it, but it was ICE cold. The service is terrible and the pizza from new york pizza is GORDY

Avoid this company - Wow, what a debacle! Absolute mess with boarding. We arrived 30 minutes prior but there was no-one at the entry door, so we stood in the very small waiting room at the cafe (why don't they build a bigger waiting area with display signs, digital signs or a concierge for an operation this size?). Someone popped up to the cafe so we asked about our cruise and they said to wait to the side. Other people started going straight to the dock and checking in. By the time we realized this might be our cruise (as it was close to our cruise time), we went to the dock and were told yes, it was our cruise. However, by this time, there were no seats available - they were about 8 other people behind us with the same issue. Obviously they had overbooked. They simply didn't care - no concern, no apology. We asked if there were seats on the last cruise for the night - they said 'yes' and walked away. It was just a mess - rude, uncaring and no information. We wrote to their Guest Services team immediately by email and still there is no response 2 weeks later. We did a cruise with them the previous evening (Cheese and Wine tour) and the boarding was just as bad. Unbelievably inefficient for a tour operator of this size and supposed reputation. Be aware if booking Lovers through Tours & Tickets. We wouldn't recommend them.
