Museumbrug
Right in front of the Rijksmuseum. Left of the bridge opposite to the Stromma Hop on Hop off ticket booth. There is a little dock, we will be leaving from there. Unfortunately because of local laws I am not allowed to place anything there.

Money's worth and must-do in Amsterdam - Oliver was amazing. Courteous, informative, funny and caring. The canal cruises are a must do in Amsterdam. Would however suggest a day time trip. Evening trips are mostly for summers I learnt. I booked Capjain Jack, solely based on Viator search and ratings. Turned out to be the right thing to do.

Definitely opt for the evening cruise - So glad we did the evening cruise instead of a daytime one. My friends did the daytime cruise and when we compared notes, the photos we took at night were much nicer. Not to mention that there's a lot less going on in the city at night so the evening cruise freed up our time to do other things during the day, like visiting museums or the markets. We cruised through a lot of beautiful locations, and hearing the stories from a local adds much to our experience.

Amazing - We both really enjoyed the evening cruise, Daniel the captain and guide was fantastic very knowledgeable and kept things fun. We have completed similar trips in the day but enjoyed this one more than any other. Plenty of free drinks on the boat, blankets also provided as the evening gets cooler.

Fun way to see Amsterdam from the canals. - The evening cruise with Capt. Jackie (Kat) was wonderful! The boat was comfortable and we felt safe. The amount of people on the boat was nice; not too crowded. The drinks and snacks provided were excellent. Captain Jackie was professional, informative and fun! We loved this cruise.

Just for the ride - The organizer changed the schedule due to weather, which I appreciated because they made sure we were comfortable. But it is just about riding the boat. There’s just the captain of the boat, and he gives very little information. So it is nice if you want to see the lights, but not worth it if you want to learn anything.

Canal Cruise could have been better - Our guide was personable and shared a lot of interesting information, but one couple in our group could not hear most of what he said because of an inconsiderate woman sitting beside them who talked the entire time. The guide needed to either use a microphone or exercise better crowd control so everybody could hear his commentary.

No enclosure on a cold night in late September - Our guide was friendly and funny. This review is mainly about the business itself. It was a cold night in the end of September. But we had a boat with no cover. The blankets on the boat didn’t help much. The advertisement photo showed a boat with cover, which was not my experience. I couldn’t really enjoy the tour for the latter half because I was too cold. I feel bad to give it a 3 star because it was not the tour guide’s fault. But I wanted to share my experience so that others know what to expect when choosing this tour.
