• The Jordaan - Explore the Jordaan neighborhood, the old workers area, created in the 17th century, for the fast growth of the city. It quickly became home to boat constructors, sailors, bricklayers and many refugees from other European countries coming to Amsterdam. Jordaan was in those times a slum, but nowadays it is a dynamic lively artistic neighborhood.

• Noordermarkt - Taste the best Apple pie at Cafe Hegeraad. This is a family owned brown cafe tucked away behind Jordaan’s beautiful Noorderkerk. They have been making their homemade apple pie for ages!

• Haarlemmerstraat - Savor the best Herring of Amsterdam cut up in pieces and served with a a slice of pickle for an amazing combo! As well as perfectly fried cod fish!

• Tweede Tuindwarsstraat - Taste 4 world-famous gouda cheese from a shop where you can find just about any cheese your heart desires.

• Westerkerk - Visit Boca’s, a local cafe where you’ll try the Rendang Sandwich, crafted with locally baked, delicious bread and rich, flavorful beef curry.

• Brouwersgracht - You can’t miss Swietie Sarang for a flavor of Indonesian and Surinamese food!

• Anne Frank House - The tour ends close to the Anne Frank’s house.

Our 4-hour Amsterdam Food & Canals Tour is a guided walk through the unique cultural and historical sights of Amsterdam; it’s an hour-long, private boat trip through Amsterdam’s world heritage canals; and it’s a substantial meal in the form of a dozen delicious Dutch tastings from plenty of authentic foodie stops along the way – all in one!
