Pity about the shore personnel otherwise a superb onboard experience. - Great commentary and vibes on our cruise from Martin. Only reason for not full 5 star rating was the complete lack of communication and interest shown from the shore inland personal. Our boat was delayed by approx 30 mins but not a single explanation or nothing said. They simply stood in a bunch talking amongst themselves oblivious to the clients

Great tour guide, boring tour - The guide was great, very entertaining, but the tour wasn’t much to see it was supposed to be the light show tour and the exhibits weren’t as nice as was expected

Felt like a school trip on a budget - I paid a bit more for the evening cruise as I was looking to have a quieter more 'couply' experience. When we arrived at the meeting place it was really unclear where we should be waiting. We were offered an 'open' boat but stayed on the dock for a closed one as that's what I had paid for. There was no queuing system and myself and a few other groups were surprised at the other people barging in front of us. We opted to sit at the back of the boat to avoid them, which ended up being open anyway. The drinks served were cheap mulled wine or beer. The guide was good, it just felt a bit like a school trip to be honest which was disappointing for the £100 I spent.
