Pretty evening cruise - Nice cruise, good views, lots of lovely sculptures to see with info about them (optional if you wanted to listen or just look).

Christmas light festival - Very interesting and informative, Amsterdam by night is very different from Amsterdam by day. The guide was informative. We went on Christmas night and it was warm on the boat

The canal boat to be on ! - Perfect way to end a beautiful day in Amsterdam. We learned things about Amsterdam we had never heard on our other boat canal tours. The audio guide with free earphones worked great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this tour.

Waiting, waiting and more waiting. - Trip was booked for 7.15pm. Arrived more than 15 minutes before only to be stood around for ages. Boat left after 7.45pm, then we were on the boat for almost 2 hours. The canals are far too busy with boats at this time of year for the lights.

Very much overrated and waste of money. - Canal boat certainly not good or appropriate for viewing light displays and no opportunities to take photos due to all boats being full to capacity (6 to each table). Windows steamed up and people at passage end of seats had impossible chance of connecting ear buds for commentary. Expensive and poor choice of spending over 55 euros for our last night in Amsterdam. Commentary poor. Try and book regular evening cruise for ‘usual’ canal boat with excellent views and comfort.

A little disappointing - The lights are very pretty, but in the audio you couldn't hear even half of the explanations of the points of interest. In my opinion, they should make an audio only explaining the lights, their author, the why... And then the headphones half the time were only in English with no option to switch to another language. The people who work are super nice and friendly, but they should improve the technical means

Not festive! - Not very festive, lighted art displays were weird. The headsets to get info were not working. So basically a canal boat just packed with people.

WASTE OF MONEY - We scheduled the tour to leave from Rikjs Museum, but ended up having to leave from Central, due the ticket being incorrect. We arrived early so our kids would have a window seat. There were 5 people in front of us, but when we boarded every seat was taken. I believe the combined two time slots. if I wanted the previous slots would have booked that time slot. We ended up sitting outside with the somers because there were no seats inside for the family. so the trip was ruined could jot see the lights and it was freezing. doubt I will use this app again.
