Beautiful view and boat - The trip was very nice. I had an amazing time on the boat with good company and good view. The gudie and the waiters wore nice. You can drink as much as you would like, that’s awesome! The boat was quiet and chill to ride. The pizza and icecream tasted good to.

Great trip for a great price! - The captain was very entertaining, the pizza was delicious, and the beer was cold. What more could you ask for!

Pizza for you - This was a very relaxing canal ride. If you are expecting to learn anything about the city it does not happen on this cruise. It’s just a ride through the canals. The pizza was good and so was the wine. Would recommend if just want something to eat and watch the sites.

Memorable Experience - Memorable experience, great pizza the staff were really friendly and there was a good selection of wine. Also staff offer to take your photo which we thought was a nice touch.

Lovely cruise with Pizza and Drink - This canal cruise was a lovely experience- pizza was good and drink was bottomless. A great way to see a bit more of the city, with a good value meal. The guys running the cruise and serving the food (Enrique was the waiter) were really friendly and welcoming, and I would recommend this activity for anyone visiting the city for the first time.

Canal cruise - Canal ride was great, pizza was cold and not very good. Service was good! Amsterdam has lots of history and a great place to visit.

Ok but very disappointing pizza and slow service - Seeing all the buildings. The pizza was very cold and we wanted a drink top up whilst eating but there were not enough staff to serve drinks and pizza.

Avoid at all costs - If I could give 0 stars I would for this terrible company. We booked a month or so prior to coming for a 6.30pm pizza cruise, we got there before 6pm and went to the check in desk which was empty. After waiting here a few mins and no sign of anyone coming to help us I went to the bar where the staff sounded like they had no idea what a pizza cruise even was but told us to wait in the bar so we did. After around 15 mins of waiting I asked again only to be told the same thing. I then decided after another 5 mins of waiting to walk down the steps to the boats to be told by the member of staff she wasn't sure and got a manager. The manager then told us that the cruise had been changed to 6pm and we would have been emailed No email was ever received and even checked with him there. He went on to say there was nothing he could do and put the blame on us even though we would have made the 6pm time had the staff in the bar known what was going on. He said all we could do was email and we would get a full refund this was captured on audio just incase. We emailed and have just and the service from them has been awful first they sent a screen shot to say they apparently emailed us and the T&C to say if we had wanted to cancel they needed 8 hours notice. When we replied to explain we were cancelling it and had not had this email they said they send they were less than helpful and we would not be geeting any money back and addressed non of the points we raised. They then told us if we wanted to escalate this we had to email another address that is for EU citizens only, when emailing back to say they had not addressed out points and we are not in the EU so cant email that address we got back and email to say 'sorry you don't live in the EU' and that was it. This is shocking and they have left us out of pocket and really put a downer on what was supposed to be a nice trip away. I'd avoid at all cost, better off getting food in one of the many cafes or restaurants and going on the hour cruise for €15 much nicer staff.

very poor, if I could give negative stars I would - Very poor, cold and hard pizza, pizza was cold before it even got served to us, loud drunk Americans that were given the microphone to sing, couldn't hear any commentary from the captain. One of the waitress even said she wouldn't eat the pizza they serve. And then to have the cheek to ask for a tip 🙄, couldn't even enjoy the views through annoyance. Not very good for a nurodivers person.
