Biage to witches - Gia Sebastian gave us a good explanation of the place as well as recommendations on where to buy, everything was very good, he gave us an explanation in Spanish and English.

Excellent Tour! - Our guide Manuel and bus driver Edel were amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable! It was a great experience and recommend it 100%. Bruges was incredible and made even better with Manuel's facts about the city. Do not miss this tour once in Amsterdam.

Nice experience - It was good but it lacked more tour, more history, a better chocolate guide and the plaza lacked better advice on food

It's really not worth it - I had read other people's opinions that this walk/excursion was not worth it. And it really is like that; It is mere transportation. Once you arrive, there isn't much for the guide to provide.

Wasnt a good experience - We booked the 12 hours trip to Bruges from Amsterdam through a travel agent who used BUENDIA TOURS. The tour takes about 3 hours to reach Bruges. In the bus, we had a guide who spoke so much in Spanish which we could not follow. He did not even ask if all understood Spanish. Then when we asked him he just said 2 lines to explain what all he spoke for nearly 15 min in Spanish. Next when we reached Bruges, there another English guide joined us along with other travelers now this was a sizeable crowd of english speaking people. But the guide was so bad in English that we could hardly follow what he was talking. After some rambling he left us at a central place. The moment he said bye, no one stopped or even looked back (everyone was so disappointed that we got nothing for this trip). And then after sometime we gather to go back for the 3 hour trip back. We got to know nothing about the place or its value because someone decided to use a guide who was just rambling. I am sure the place is good but with less knowledge of what is what it was not interesting at all.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE - The worst experience of our lives, since they left my 68-year-old mother and I stranded when it came time to return for delaying us by only 5 minutes and being warned and having confirmation that they were notifying of the delay since we were only a few meters from the destination and in the morning we were waiting for more than 15 minutes for other passengers, according to them out of courtesy and where is the courtesy when they return??? When we arrived at the meeting point they were not there, but the worst thing is that we had to take a train (which was already the last of the day) to return to Amsterdam from Bruges with several transfers, lasting 5 hours and at a very high price. To make matters worse, they take no responsibility for anything and tell you that they left at a time that is not real and that they were waiting for us, WHICH IS COMPLETELY FALSE. I have evidence that justifies that at the time they indicate they were no longer there and they are very aware of this. I would understand that they left if more time had passed, but the return time was 5:30 p.m. and at 5:35 p.m. we were at the destination and they were aware of our arrival at 17:35 because I have WhatsApp that corroborates it, and witnesses the time of our arrival. We really feel very bad for the treatment received, since there is no justification for doing what they did. I hope the same thing happens to no one again because it has truly been a very unpleasant experience and one of the worst of our lives.

Horrible Experience! - Do NOT book with this company! Absolutely horrible experience. We were stopped for 2+ hours by customs officers because our driver lacked the necessary paperwork to operate the bus. As a result, our time is Bruges was cut in half! We had almost no time to see anything at all. Bus tour guide (female, she never told us her name) was very rude to English-speaking guests and would not give us any information about what was going on. We were delayed a considerable amount of time with no food or drink. They eventually moved us to a different bus with a toilet that was out of order. Totally unprofessional company. We wasted an entire day of our vacation on this awful experience. They also left us as a different drop-off location from the pick-up, and we had to find our way back to our hotel on our own, in the rain, at 10 p.m. at night with no phone service (no chargers on the bus and we were at 0 percent after this 14+ hour disaster of a trip.) Terrible does not begin to describe.
