Best food tour in Amsterdam!! - Our experience on the walking food tour led by Richard was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we started our journey, Richard's passion for the city and its culinary delights shone through. The food tastings, especially the gin tasting, were a delightful exploration of Amsterdam's gastronomic scene. Walking through the diverse and vibrant neighborhoods allowed us to truly immerse ourselves in the local culture, and Richard's insightful commentary added an extra layer of depth to the experience. Meeting friendly locals along the way made the tour even more memorable and authentic. Overall, this tour was a perfect blend of delicious food, intriguing history, and genuine connections. Thanks to Richard's expertise and engaging personality, we left with not just full stomachs but also a newfound appreciation for Amsterdam. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the city through its culinary treasures!

Take THIS Tour! (Great for families with teens) - Fantastic introduction to Amsterdam that set the stage for our entire visit to the city! Richard was a fantastic guide who totally entertained my husband (excited to talk soccer/Dutch history), me (history/architecture/food) and our 14 year-old daughter who he managed to engage and involve at every turn.

Take this Tour! - Great tour with Richard! Excellent blend of food, culture and history across 3 neighborhoods. We all thoroughly enjoyed it — even our fourteen year-old! Guide gave really helpful advice for the rest of our trip - restaurants, public transportation and shopping.

Amazing Food Tour! - WOW! Richard and Hollanda tours is amazing! Richard is personable, thoughtful, patient and knowledgable with a love for his city that shines through. We tasted many great foods (even visiting the oldest bakery), all while seeing Amsterdam and learning interesting things about the architecture, history and seeing hidden treasures we would have just walked past without knowing. The Gin and Jenever tasting is fun and there are many other surprises along the way with thoughtful touches too. Cheese and Porto, delightful cookies (the best I have ever tasted), Bitterballen and a beer at a wonderful restaraunt are among the many tasting opportunities. You can see Richard is respected and well-liked at all the places we visited. Don't hesitate to book this tour, it truly is a wonderful experience!

Great tour of Amsterdam - Our tour guide, Richard was great. Very personable and made sure we were enjoying the tour. Provided us with a lot of historical information and the food tastings were fantastic. The freshly made chocolate cookies from the local bakery were incredible. Thank you Richard for the experience and the "surprise " bakery treat!!

Lovely Food, Beautiful City, Great Guide - A brilliant and very filling food tour! Richard was a friendly and knowledgeable host and we discovered parts of Amsterdam we wouldn't have found on our own. Skipping the queues at the most popular spots was a big advantage. The food was delicious as was the Port, Jenever & Gin and it was a good balance of sweet and savoury treats. We couldn't get to the cookie shop due to road closures for Liberation Day celebrations so Richard very kindly got us some apple pie at our last stop which rounded the tour off nicely! Would highly recommend this tour.
