Fun experience - Very fun experience. There are not a lot of drink choices (mostly just vodka options). The people that worked there were very enthusiastic and made the night a lot of fun. Just be prepared for the cold!

It was very cold (of course). But a fun experience. - This is kind of a one & done type of experience. That is not to say don't do it. You should do it, but it may not be something you do often. The coats and glove they provide help, but it is really cold. We weren't in there for very long, but my fingers were frozen because I had to take my gloves off to operate my camera. I did not like the flavored shots they served. You can pick the flavor you want. But they were too sweet for me. However, it looked like most people really enjoyed the shots. It was an experience I am glad I had.

Would recommend - You have to book a time slot online, cause the groups are coming in like every 20 minutes. You get 3 drinks with your ticket, and it’s freezing cold inside 😄🥶🧊
Others are complaining because of short time but I think 20 minutes inside is just enough cause it’s really cold. Anyway you can sit down and have your drink at the front bar after that like we did, you don’t need to drink your first drink in a hurry and go inside as it starts. You can also drink your welcome drink later and take your time.

Rocky start but extra cool finish! - When we first entered the “warm lounge bar” we waited for awhile for one of the three bartenders (who were all just standing there looking bored and avoiding eye contact) to acknowledge our presence and take our order – it was very strange and not a good start! If the bartenders were more friendly and attentive, we would have bought more than just the one drink your token allows and it would have definitely added to the experience.
However, the bartender who did the spiel for us before we entered the icebar and did the pouring during our time in the icebar was fabulous!!! He was SO MUCH FUN and salvaged the entire experience for us. We ended up loving it and so glad we went, despite the rocky start in the front lounge.

Novel Experience - We paid about £21. You get a cocktail on entry plus 2 drinks in the ice bar (either a shot, a beer, orange or sprite) is included. You also get gloves and a coat but the coats don't zip up and the gloves aren't very thick to hold ice glasses. You got about 20 mins in the ice bar which was enough. It would have been better if they did a vodka with a mixer. The souvenir pictures weren't overly expensive which was good. A magnet and a keyring together were about £8.
It was novel and I'm glad we did it.

Shame customer service is lacking as the experience is fun! - When you enter the ice bar it’s a lovely bar with great options for drinks in the first bar. The actual ice bar itself is very good, clean and the pictures they take are lovely.
Unfortunately, we were due to attend at 4pm, but we arrived around 20 minutes early so were given a 15.40 ticket. At 4pm we watched the video and queued to enter the ice bar but were told they could not let us in as our ticket was for 15.40. In the whole time we were in there this was the first video introduction played and first option to enter the bar. So I’m assuming we’d just missed the first one. So we had necked the second drinks we had brought in the bar quickly, to then have to sit in the bar for another 20 minutes spending more money on drinks. We were given an extra silver coin each for in the ice bar but that didn’t help us when we weren’t in there for long.

A drink in the cold - A great experience once you get into the chilled room. You get 3 tokens to use to purchase drinks of your choice, one in the bar area and two in the chilled room. We all felt that the first drink which we got was rather weak ( a cocktail that was lacking any substance of alcohol). The staff were friendly and attentive.

Misleading but enjoyable - First of all, I thought oh it'll be cold in there but surely it won't be that cold... it was -9 degrees! We booked for 8pm arrived as it told us to 10 mins before. We were told our time in the ice in 8:20pm. Turns out the 45 minutes of the booking was 20-25 in the lobby bar and only 20 ish in the ice part. I suppose this makes sense and any longer would probably be way too much in that cold but the booking did not state this. Anyway we booked the experience that included "3 free drinks" upon arrival they give you tokens, 1 gold and 2 silver per person. The gold one can only be used in the 'lobby bar' before you go into the ice. As there is a lot of people in the lobby bar you can be waiting a few mins to order the drink, then you end up rushing it a bit as you cannot take it into the ice with you. Once in the ice you have 2 silver tokens. However, you can only have shots, orange juice, sprite or ice cold beer. I thought for me that's fine ice cold beer... however it was less that half a pint. You keep the same cup as they are frozen, so they advised to order beer first so then when you go back for your second token they will give you a massive shot. However if you wanted a shot to start with you have a tiny little shot glass so the free drinks I felt were definitely misleading. Overall though I think it is definitely worth doing, it takes about an hour out of your evening and is a good laugh in the cold.

Cool experience but wouldn’t visit again - Let’s start with entry, easy to find, the staff are really friendly. You go into a warm bar first and have a little warm, cool music and nice drinks on offer however the pre booked drinks, have a poor choice.
You get 3 tokens, 2 silver (for the actual ice bar its self) and a gold one for the post ice bar drink in the warm bar.
The ice bar it’s self, is small, there’s NO sculptures of ice, just printed stuff that’s been frozen in ice, which I believe is unauthentic. The drinks were either shots, or Heineken that’s all so if you’re a wine drinker you’re in trouble🤣 They provide you with gloves and coats which is nice, they do have a photographer there which is great but photos are costly.
Overall a good experience but probably wouldn’t visit again.
