Excellent Tour - Highly recommend this tour as a way to start your time in Amsterdam. Our guide, James, was very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the city and its history. Going on this tour helped us see how each important building stood out from the others because of its unique history, something we would have missed if we hadn’t had a guide.

Not really an Anne Frank tour. - Our guide was knowledgeable about the history of religious persecution, but the title of the tour is misleading. This tour doesn’t go anywhere near the museum or Anne Franks house. The title leaves you to believe an in-depth look at the Frank family would be covered but little was said. The wall of the deceased and the plaques along the canal were explained very well. In all, I think it was a lot of money for what you got.

What a deception - I am a little disappointed with the tour as it is advertised as Anne Frank and Jewish Quarter and when we arrived the guide informed us that it did not include anything about Anne Frank and that is exactly what happened. It is a tour that focuses more on the history of the Jews and the only thing we saw about Anne Frank was the brick with her name on it at the memorial. So we were left wanting to learn about Anne's story. The name of the tour causes confusion. The guide is a very anxious person, sometimes she would go blank for seconds. Overall I give them a 6.

Deceiving! Buyer Beware! - Deceiving! This is NOT the Anne Frank House and is located on the other side of town! Employees of the Anne Frank House said this happens frequently. When you arrive and are told you do not have tickets, you do not have time to get across town for this tour. We wasted our money, hopefully you will not.
