Incredible Tour - Perfect place, all wonderful, it looks like you are in a movie, sure when I have another opportunity I will be back with more time. The operator was very punctual and the guide very explaining, great. The bus was comfortable and had a bathroom. Don’t forget to go to the small pubs and taste the local beers.

This tour is a must - Our tour guide was simply amazing! Bus ride was quick and on time! No stops, but I figured that out when booking (there is a toilet for #1 on board). Got about 3 hours of free time after the guided walking tour. Had enough time for a boat ride, a meal and chocolate shopping. At a slow pace I fit in 1 museum visit, but you can certainly do much more!!! Even if cold and cloudy, it was such a beautiful and unforgettable visit!

Excellent Tour! - Bruges was amazing, more than we expected. It’s a long drive but worth it, the architecture and experience are both amazing. Our tour guide Ian was fantastic!! As with any tourist spot, be prepared for crowds and a lot of walking.

Must visit medieval town! - Brugges is such a lovely place to visit. The quaint medieval town was well-preserved so it was a wonderful experience. Pia, our guide, shared a lot of interesting things. Her recommended resto was also very good - food was delicious!

Abandonment in Brugge - My partner and I booked a tour from Amsterdam to Brugge today, November 27, 2024. We show up at 9:00. At the central station, as requested and after a 30 minute wait on the platform + 10 minutes on the bus, we left for Brugge. But this is not the downside. For the return, our guide named Pia told us that we should meet by the bus at 5.15pm. What is our surprise when we arrive at 5.10pm and approach the bus, see how it starts! Not only did you leave 5 minutes before your scheduled meeting time, but our guide did not check if all your customers today were on the bus, to return them to their destination. How can you leave 2 people at 270 kms?? Luckily, in the same car park there was another tour bus from another company that is taking us back to Amsterdam.

Unhappy .. was not contacted about the cancel trip n still waiting for my refund - Trip tour was canceled due to lack of people attending . We went there early day off n was never contacted. Refund has not yet been return
