Would recommend this - The guide was excellent and informative. Recommended a wonderful place for lunch. Was a great day out. Loved the local food and the beer was very tasty!

Incredible Tour - Perfect place, all wonderful, it looks like you are in a movie, sure when I have another opportunity I will be back with more time. The operator was very punctual and the guide very explaining, great. The bus was comfortable and had a bathroom. Don’t forget to go to the small pubs and taste the local beers.

This tour is a must - Our tour guide was simply amazing! Bus ride was quick and on time! No stops, but I figured that out when booking (there is a toilet for #1 on board).
Got about 3 hours of free time after the guided walking tour. Had enough time for a boat ride, a meal and chocolate shopping. At a slow pace I fit in 1 museum visit, but you can certainly do much more!!! Even if cold and cloudy, it was such a beautiful and unforgettable visit!

Huge crowds spoiled the day - Lovely city but first weekend Christmas Market the crowds were huge and made the experience claustrophobic! Really destroyed the day. Any other time would have been lovely I guess.

Unreliable Service & Poor Customer Support – Avoid This Tour Company - I had a highly disappointing experience with Tours and Tickets. I booked a tour over the counter at their Amsterdam Centraal office, and their representative assured me that I would be notified if the tour was canceled. However, I never received any cancellation email or notification.
On the day of the tour, after traveling a long distance specifically to join the trip to Bruges, I arrived at their office only to be informed that the tour was canceled. This was incredibly frustrating and completely ruined our plans.
The lack of communication and poor customer service made the experience even worse. Their staff showed little concern for the inconvenience caused, and despite having only a few customers to manage, they failed to send a simple email about the cancellation.
If you’re considering booking a tour with this company, think twice. There are many more reliable travel agencies that respect their customers’ time and money. I strongly advise looking for a more trustworthy operator to avoid the disappointment we faced.

Abandonment in Brugge - My partner and I booked a tour from Amsterdam to Brugge today, November 27, 2024. We show up at 9:00. At the central station, as requested and after a 30 minute wait on the platform + 10 minutes on the bus, we left for Brugge. But this is not the downside. For the return, our guide named Pia told us that we should meet by the bus at 5.15pm. What is our surprise when we arrive at 5.10pm and approach the bus, see how it starts! Not only did you leave 5 minutes before your scheduled meeting time, but our guide did not check if all your customers today were on the bus, to return them to their destination. How can you leave 2 people at 270 kms??
Luckily, in the same car park there was another tour bus from another company that is taking us back to Amsterdam.
