You’ll dine in an utterly dark room, attended to by wait staff who are blind or have impaired vision. These servers are expertly trained to navigate and serve in darkness, providing support and comfort to those who can see.\n\nYour experience begins in a well-lit reception area. Here, you can store your outerwear and any carry-ons in a secure cloakroom - you’ll only need your heightened senses for this adventure. After placing your order, you’ll be escorted to the shadowy dining space. There, you’ll engage with your meal as those with visual impairments do, and you’ll uncover new layers of flavor through your heightened remaining senses.
