DA Vinci genius super experience - Definitely recommended, even with children. Very informative, interactive and recreational. Very nicely designed. Friendly staff, and if you are less mobile, just ask for a chair. They are there, you just have to ask for them, then anything is possible. It impressed us a lot. And we've seen more things like this before. But this one takes the cake. Go in the morning on a working day, then it is nice and quiet and you have all the time and opportunity to enjoy it. Great fun and amazing visuals! - My two girls enjoyed this very much, the interactive part of this art experience is truly marvellous for both children and adults.

Average Experience - Average experience. If he is one of the genius of his time, we don’t understand why his famous paintings then changed to computer generated paintings instead of showing other paintings. The rest was fine especially for those who don’t know anything about Da Vinci.

REFUND!! - This is one of several attempts of contacting this company Da Vinci Genius. We arrived on the 28/2 scanned our tickets to be then told that the sound was not working and we could either receive a refund or wait until it’s fixed. This was not an option for us. We have not had any communication at all or any response to the emails we have sent. Technical difficulties is not our fault and having to ask for a refund despite being promised one is not ok. Nearly two months for a refund is not acceptable and we are very disappointed with this non existent customer service. I feel as if we have been scammed.

Disappointment - This “performance” was a major disappointment. A poor copy of Fabrique des Lumières (fantastic). Very bad voice over, content of the performance also somewhat vague. I really got the idea that people are making a lot of money from this tourist trap. I would recommend everyone to go to Fabrique des Lumières, cheaper and much more beautiful.
