Fabulous - Amazing immersive experience. The location wasn’t easy to find from the train station but once we were there it was worth it! The genius I’d Da Vinci is brought to life on big screens, his vision was massive and the show really reflects this in a modern, different way. highly recommended

Beautiful show! - Beautiful show, nicely distributed among all the talents of Da Vinci. Especially the interactive part of his inventions is very nice. Friendly and helpful staff. If you want to use the Friends Lottery discount, you have to book through that website.

DA Vinci genius super experience - Definitely recommended, even with children. Very informative, interactive and recreational.
Very nicely designed. Friendly staff, and if you are less mobile, just ask for a chair. They are there, you just have to ask for them, then anything is possible.
It impressed us a lot. And we've seen more things like this before. But this one takes the cake.
Go in the morning on a working day, then it is nice and quiet and you have all the time and opportunity to enjoy it. Check out tripper for a nice discount.

DaVinci can be combined with a day in Amsterdam - Nice show, nice that it is interactive, sound quality and voice-over a little less. Very friendly staff
A very nice ending was the boat trip back to the center (Hermitage)

Average Experience - Average experience. If he is one of the genius of his time, we don’t understand why his famous paintings then changed to computer generated paintings instead of showing other paintings. The rest was fine especially for those who don’t know anything about Da Vinci.

Scammed by TripAdvisor with ticket sales Da Vinci Genius - We bought two tickets for the Da Vinci Genius on September 7, 2024. When we got there everything was just torn down and there was no Da Vinci Genius at all. Getting money back seems an impossibility with TripAdvisor. We feel ripped off and online ticket sales are still going on. I think this is very disgraceful.

REFUND!! - This is one of several attempts of contacting this company Da Vinci Genius. We arrived on the 28/2 scanned our tickets to be then told that the sound was not working and we could either receive a refund or wait until it’s fixed. This was not an option for us. We have not had any communication at all or any response to the emails we have sent. Technical difficulties is not our fault and having to ask for a refund despite being promised one is not ok. Nearly two months for a refund is not acceptable and we are very disappointed with this non existent customer service. I feel as if we have been scammed.
