Great for pros and beginners! - Painting the tiles in Delft style was an amazing experience! The coach was calm, helpful and patient. He did not rush things and helped the group achieve great results. There were skilled painters as well as complete beginners and everyone had fun. Definitely worth it!

Super fun workshop & highly recommended! - I gave this workshop as a gift to my best friend and it was super fun! An incredibly nice man who could explain and tell well led the workshop and it gave us a nice insight into the world of Delft Blue. Although it seems very difficult, especially in the beginning, we both made a super nice tile! This definitely tasted like more, so hopefully we'll be back soon (luckily we live in Amsterdam;)) And oh yeah, don't make any big plans right after the end of the workshop (so we would have done..), because if you're not done yet you can just keep going!

Would recommend - Had a great time painting my own tile! Our instructor spoke English and Spanish, which was great for our party. Value is also great, a single tile can cost about the same as this activity

Really recommended to do once... - Had a great afternoon. Our host explained everything well and took plenty of time for you to help you with tips and points of interest. I painted a tile and came up with a pattern myself. But you can also choose the more classic Delft blue tile patterns from countless examples. Coffee/tea was served, the atmosphere was very cozy and relaxed. I want to book again soon with a bunch of friends.

Fun for Locals and Visitors Alike! - This was such a fun and memorable experience for locals and visitors alike! The instructor was very thorough and helped our group (which consisted of all painting skill levels) learn the technique and create pieces we were proud of. Shipping back to the United States was affordable (at least compared to U.S. shipping fees), so don't let that stop you from this unique experience. The class also takes place in one of the oldest buildings in Amsterdam, which was a nice addition.

Sisters 2024 - Although my sister is the artist in the family, I found the class a lot of fun and easy. The shop downstairs was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The Best Way to Bring Home a Delftware Souvenir - This was a really fun few hours, not only learning the painting techniques and choosing a template, but it was amazing to see the results after firing. Very recommended if you like drawing/painting, but any artistic ability isn't needed - it turns out gorgeous no matter what.

How cool to arrive home to my tile! - Wow! I am not remotely an artist and could barely trace lines but my tile is an awesome souvenir of my trip to Amsterdam. This is one of the best activities I have ever participated in. It’s worth the money.

So much fun! - This was a very fun experience. Barbara was a great teacher and made the class comfortable with the process and helped and gave advice along the way. Because of the firing process I have to wait a couple of weeks to have the tile shipped to me but I can’t wait to see the end result.

An afternoon to remember! - Absolutely lovely! Barbara explain to us how the painting works, let us try shades in a sample tile and tgen we choose oyr own tile! A delighful experience! Mind that the tiles need to go to the oven to turn into blue, so you eill have yoyrs back in a couple of days.
