Excellent - Super friendly with the explanations and the tour, fabulous that it is free so you do not need to book with any extra company and especially that it was in Spanish a plus 😊

Maritta from Austria - It was a lovely tour in German and very informative. In the showroom we were able to take a close look at real diamonds. At the end we even received a gift bag with a diamond chip and magnifying glass. Really highly recommended.

Wonderful experience - Wonderful visit, our host Simone, super friendly and attentive, explained to us in detail the process of creating a diamond and the elements necessary to measure its value. Then a tour of the museum with extremely beautiful pieces of art. Definitely an experience that I recommend 100%

Must Do!! - Both the Heineken Experience and The Blue Boat Tour were very informative. Relaxing and at your own pace.

Not a destination, but worthwhile if you have time - Caster Diamonds has a free tour that gives you a look some of the work that goes into producing a stone, then ushers you into a showroom where you can see some lovely jewelry. The attached Diamond Museum is not free, but is more educational. Were I to do it again, I’d stop there first, then see the show room. I appreciated the benches out front. I waited there in the shade for my Van Gogh Museum time slot.

Repeat visit - I've been before as I got my engagement ring here so popped back but found the staff a bit off this time. The person who greeted us went to a very well dressed woman on a tour first and seemed pit out it was us who wanted help. He then asked if we wanted to stay downstairs while they did some work on my ring but we asked if we could go upstairs and he agreed. We were offered a drink but felt the while time he was not happy with us there. My first visit we spent a lot of money but I wanted to get a plain wedding band but I'm not sure he understood so I gave up. Everyone was pleasant but the initial disappointment in his look ruined this repeat visit for me.

I am disappointed - The museum is not adapted to strollers/rollators. The elevator is not suitable for visitors. The employees only work in the shop on the ground floor and have little knowledge of the museum. The exhibition consists largely of cheap replicas. Moreover, it needs a thorough cleaning. Wasted time and money 👎🏻

More dust than diamonds. - If you like wasting money, dismissive assistants, dust covered plastic gems, broken toilet seats and empty heist ticket machines this is the place for you.

Don’t waste your time!! - We came here as part of an iamsterdam card. We came in a group of 14 with 8 children. The lady who we seen on arrival was rude beyond words! Barely spoke, when we clearly were confused about the set up. Once we were served she was ruder still. I collected 5 tickets for my family and 1 for a friend who was with us. She didn’t realise we needed a ticket to get in. Upon asking for her ticket from the lady she was spoken to abruptly and told, and I quote,” YOU walked off and I wasn’t running after you”! An “excuse me you need a to wait for your ticket” would of been sufficient! I actually would of asked for my money back if it wasn’t part of the card. Disgraceful!

Disappointing - For an entrance fee of €26.38 (2 people) this was very disappointing. Almost only zirconium and glass replicas in preparation for the shop.
