Wonderful tour - Adrian provided an excellent tour. He was quite knowledgeable and friendly. The stops on our tour were each interesting and not flooded with tour groups. An outstanding experience. Highly recommended.

Four Dutch Provinces in a Day - Not to Be Missed! - Had such a great time on this tour, it really felt like an authentic look at the Netherlands outside of Amsterdam. Of course the iconic windmills and clogmaking of Zaanse Schans were a must see, but doing them in the morning avoided the biggest crowds and opened up the day for additional sights that were further afield. Getting to cross the enclosing dike, a true engineering marvel, on the way to one of Friesland’s 11 famous towns was a unique experience, and the town of Sloten itself did not disappoint. Nor did the village of Urk with its well-known lighthouse and the medieval village of Elburg complete with an entrance gate dating to 1392. Adriaan was a fun, friendly, and thoughtful guide throughout and I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking to do something a little different while in Amsterdam.

See 5 highlights of Holland in 1 day! - We had only a few days in Amsterdam and we took this tour to see a bit more of the country. And boy , this tour delivered us a GREAT taste of Holland. I think we crossed half the country to see windmills, an unbelievably beautiful town in the north, the enclosing dyke and Elburg with its medieval entrance gate. The fish we had for lunch in fishing village Urk was the best we even had. Also our guide was fantastic!

What a beautiful day! - We saw such a beautyful spots in only one day in the most pleasant way! And it was without commercial stops at cheese- shops etc (which happen a lot at other tours). So more time for a genuine travel experience.

Best Tour we ever did! - We only had a few days in Holland, but with this day trip we experienced the country in the most FABULOUS way. From the beautiful windmills in the morning to a medieval town in the afternoon and lots more in between. Simon our guide took care of a perfect day and treated us to a cold beer in the van on the way back to Amsterdam. Only good memories here
