• Hutspot with Hachee - Hachee is slowly stewed beef, with onion rings fried in butter.
• Hutspot with Klapstuk - We add beef steaks to this dish, which we fry on both sides over low heat.
• Hutspot with Spekjes - We peel the potatoes thinly and cut the onions and winter carrots into small pieces. We fry the bacon with minced meat.

Your host, Maikel, has handpicked six extraordinary beers from the renowned Brouwerij het IJ in Amsterdam. Together with his knowledgeable crew, he will lead you through the tasting experience, narrating fascinating tales about the brewery’s past and the intricacy of brewing. Additionally, you will gain practical knowledge on drafting beer and designing your personal brew!

Afterwards, you’re invited to participate in the traditional Dutch tabletop game, Sjoelen. It’s a delightful opportunity to bond with new acquaintances. The victor will be given a custom-selected six-beer gift pack from Brouwerij het IJ as a keepsake.
