Next time we're in Amsterdam we'll do something again with a tour and tickets! - The tour was very nice, we had bright sunshine. Our bus driver and perfect entertainer Stef was great, we had a lot of fun :-) Our tour guide Toni was also really great. He translated perfectly into English and Spanish. Of course, it was also translated into all languages via headset. Both have a lot of wit and charm. Thank you for the lovely day Andrea and Jiorgo

Entertaining tour! - Dianna and Stephan were entertaining and knowledgeable. They make a good team. The added piano playing was a nice bonus. We saw all the sights listed on this excursion and made some memorable purchases. A highly recommended excursion ... you won't be disappointed!

Great countryside trip - This was such an amazing day trip! Three amazing stops, with guides who were knowledgeable, helpful and a good time. Romina, Stef, and Ian were a true pleasure. The sites were great and the accomodations were perfect. Would absolutely recommend this day trip to everyone.

Windmills cruise and wooden shoes - The tour guides were great, kept everyone together. Explained every part of our tour. Best all day tour we went on in Amsterdam. Would recommend it to all.

Good way to see a lot or traditions! - Good way to see surrounding environs of Amsterdam, what you typically think of the Netherlands. Think windmills, cheese, waffles, and clogs.

Great places, too many people - This is a wonderful tour that I rated a 5 because of the places it included. HOWEVER, I almost rated it lower because there were simply too many people. We packed a two level bus, and probably had 40 people or more. At the wooden shoe store, the cheese factory, and the waffle store demonstrations, there were not enough seats to accommodate the crowd and some of the younger people had to be asked to stand to allow older people to sit. As a senior, I greatly appreciated this, but I feel that it would be better to have a smaller group. I also did not like that the meeting point was moved from inside the Central Station (I took the same tour in 2019) to the cruise ship dock and we had to walk extremely fast to get to the bus. It felt like we were being rushed. My sister and I were both out of breath when we got to the bus.

Keeeller Bicycles!!!!!!! - We booked this tour as well as the Giethoorn tour. We were lucky enough to have Cecilia as our tour guide for both days. She warned us about the keeeelllleeer bicycles which had us in stitches every time. Gosh we laughed. The trip to the Windmills, Volendam and Marken was just absolutely fabulous and was the highlight of our trip. The only reason why I have not given 5 stars is purely due to the time issue. There was not enough time to explore the Windmill site or the Volendam and Marken shops. Would like this tour to be a little longer to factor in these touristy bits. Giethoorn was a very long crowded day but absolutely stunning. This tour should have a smaller number of people but did not detract from the beauty of this tiny town. Plenty of time to walk around and explore. I would highly recommend these 2 tours especially if you have Cecilia as your guide. Cecilia was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly - She is simply the best. Thank you for 2 wonderful days.

Good day but demonstration’s over subscribed and too crowded - We enjoyed this day trip out of Amsterdam. It was a little touristy but a good way to see a lot of different things in a day. Our main problem was that several of the demonstrations were in crowded spaces and there was not enough room for everyone to fit comfortably. At the waffle stop some people elected to stay outside as it was uncomfortably crowded in the room.

Ok to see a lot of stops, but quite rushed - We covered 4 stops, so if you want to see a few parts of the country outside of Amsterdam, this might be for you. Unfortunately it really was a rushed agenda. There was only about 1 hour at Zaanse Schans, including 15-20 minutes walking to the included windmill visit, the 15 minute windmill presentation, and 15-30 minutes walking back to the bus. As such - this gave us little time to see anything else at Zaanse Schans. The stop at Marken included the clog making demonstration, and Volendam included a cheese making demo and Stroopwaffel demo - but both are really stops to allow you to buy souvenirs in the clog gift shop or cheese and waffle shops. We stayed in Volendam for probably 90 minutes total including 1 hour free time to shop and eat (not counting time at the cheese and waffle shops) - this would have been better spent with more of that free time in Zaanse Schans. Edam was the least interesting stop - it’s an older town with a 20 minute walking tour (in our case, in the rain - others in the group chose to stay on board the bus at Edam). If you are hoping to really spend time at Zaanse Schans, this tour is probably not for you. But if you want to see a lot quickly, it’s ok. One member of our group has some limited mobility - walks slower - the guides walk quite fast so it seemed difficult to keep up with the guide at times.

Beautiful Holland, good excursion and bus, bad organization. - I bought a tour in the countryside and I finished without a place in the bus. They finally seated me in a spare place, but with no headphones to listen to the excursion. Some other tourists shared their headphones with me.
