Canal Cruising - If you’re looking for a private, more personalized experience on a really cool boat this is the way to go! Captain Reinhard was professional and extremely knowledgeable! The holiday lights and scenery were gorgeous! This was definitely one of my favorite experiences of Amsterdam, and will do this again when I return. A+++

Must do! - Must do! We did an evening tour with Rinehard as our captain. The boat was beautiful, the snacks, wine and champagne were a very nice touch, and Rinehard was a wealth of knowledge about history, architecture, and the hot spots to visit for music and fun. The canals at night with all of the bridges lit as we traveled under, and the lights all around the city made it perfect.

Beautiful boat and cruise in the canal - When I booked this I wanted a private and beautiful book! The captain was super informative and had a great set up of drinks and snacks, he explained some history and about the city! I highly recommend this cruise!

The perfect welcome to Amsterdam! - Brian met us with a boat fully stocked with credible champagne and lots of delicious fruits, vegetables, and cheese to enjoy. We did not have specific locations. We wanted to see so he crafted our tour and we saw so many incredible sights! He was aging without being overbearing, and answered our many questions. This was the perfect tour for us to take on our first day in Amsterdam!

Fun, Chill, Best at Night - We had an awesome time! Our original tour time was 5:00 PM, but it had to be switched to later in the evening, and it was the best! We had charcuterie and an open bar-all the sites were amazing in the evening and we caught some of the May 5th liberation ceremony that was attended by the King and Queen. Our guide was super funny and accommodating-all around great experience!

From start to finish... - From start to finish everything was perfect and when we go back we plan to do it again! We were greeted with snacks and a selection of different drinks to choose from. The boat was extremely clean and our captain was very informative. He made the experience very comfortable as well!

Don't book this tour. They cancel at the last minute. - I booked this private boat tour back in May. Two days before the scheduled boat ride, they sent a message through Viator that they can't do the tour because it's more important for them to go watch a soccer match than to honor the booking. They basically said they can cancel anytime within 24 hours and told us to go try to find a last-minute boat tour elsewhere. Horrible customer service. "There is 100’s of other Amsterdam boat tours on Viator" - is what they texted us. Save yourself the trouble and don't book with this tour operator.

Could have been so much better - not worth it! - Was so looking forward to this, but unfortunately, our “captain” Brian was arrogant, rude and barely provided us with any details about the city. The boat was very nice, we had champagne and some cheese and nuts, but definitely not worth the extra money. While driving by other boats on the canal, we heard lots of conversation, people drinking, laughing, and snacking while being educated in all that Amsterdam has to offer. Really feel like we missed out! Goes to show you, the person running the show can make or break it. Bryan definitely did nothing to make it fun for us. Thumbs down!
