Worth every cent/euro!!! - This was the only way to begin to approach this mighty museum. Our guide Henk had already checked in the evening before and made sure we knew where to meet and kindly met us at a dry spot in the midst of a downpour. He is a brilliant man whose love and knowledge of the arts and Amsterdam were prodigious. A lovely person on top of it all. The private tour was informative and well-paced. Worth every cent and every minute!

Excellent Tour - Our guide Frank did an excellent job of highlighting the art and architecture of the Riksmuseum. providing interesting background information on important artists. Although not as large as The Louvre, the Prado, Uffizi, the Riksmuseum definitely contains important works of art by Rembrandt, Vermeer, etc. Not to be missed when visiting Amsterdam

Educational & enjoyable - Great guide who focused on the history told by paintings rather than just a one by one description. Her knowledge expanded the visit.

Incredible Storytelling from an Incredible Guide - Paula was incredible! I had an absolutely wonderful afternoon with her learning about the history of several of the art pieces inside the museum. She knew fascinating stories about the artists that made the works and the people that they would have been made for. She was friendly, knowledgable and a great companion to spend a few hours with inside the museum. I had originally planned to take this tour with my father, but when he bagged out with a headache, I went alone and that was a great decision. It might be one of the highlights from my whole trip. 10/10 would recommend. It is worth the money to splurge.
