5 Thumbs Up!! - We totally enjoyed this tour with our guide, Kawika. His knowledge on the history and background behind numerous artwork we saw and his share was amazing. We learned so much in the short time we were all together. Definite commend this tour and guide if you’re looking for a shorter but just as intensive museum tour. Mahalo Kawika!!

Knowledgeable guide - Our guide was knowledgeable and considerate. He kept us moving to get the most out of our time there. Even someone inexperienced would enjoy this. The architecture was also beautiful.

Stellar Guide and Museum Tour - Our guide, Kawinka (aka Koko) was the most organized and educated guide anyone could ask for. He shared his genuine enthusiasm for the works of art, while providing enough time for all in the group to experience exhibits without feeling rushed. His presentation flow through the museum gave a sense that we didn't miss a single thing.

Good place to visit - We bought tickets and didn’t do an organised tour. We wanted to see particular paintings and especially the dolls houses We loved the dolls house and enjoyed the paintings and the amazing building.

Not Quite Small Group - The guide was very knowledgeable and tried hard. There was a major problem with the back office which didn’t give him enough tickets and it took time to resolve. I don’t think 14 people qualifies as “small” group and on that basis I question the value for the price.

Easy entry - It was nice to visit the highlights, but we jumped from place to place depending upon the crowds. I would have liked more insight into the painting we saw, but entrance into the museum was a breeze. Spent more time on our own.

Horrible with Viator-The guide who you contracted with was given the wrong information and the information I was given w - although I had multiple written confirmations to meet my guy at noon at a specific spot, she was not there. It was not her fault as it ended up. She contacted me after 1 o’clock when we had left and told me that she had been given the information to meet me a little before one, not at 12 as a result, we missed, our reservation and this was going to be an important highlight of our trip in Amsterdam .. again, I was in touch with the guide. It was not her fault. She was given the wrong information. She told me she would contact whoever she was working for, but I am requesting from you a refund for the full amount of the three tickets. This is the second problem I have had with Viator once in the United States and here I will certainly not recommend that others who are traveling use this company. I hope to hear back from you soon and to see a refund to my credit card.
